At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. This hotel is truly perfect if you need accommodation when visiting Jatim Park 2. Pohon Inn is the right choice! It's fantastic, and your Jatim Park 2 ticket is valid for two days. I even got it for around 400k (IDR), including breakfast! Trip.com is really awesome for offering so many discounts.

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.

I've stayed at many hostels while traveling around the world, and this is the best. The Snooze Malang staff, in particular, are even more dedicated to service than other Snooze teams. They welcome guests warmly and are always ready to help. The garden is peaceful and beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby, and even a small traditional market is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring. It's also within walking distance of the train station. Although it's a hostel, it's a quiet place to rest. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is weak. They clean the rooms daily and even every other minute, and they even lift the beds to clean them daily. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean, the boss is very nice, both are very nice, the location is very convenient, very close to the train station, suitable for friends who are going to Ijen next stop. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here, and I will choose here next time I come to Malang. Oh, by the way, the laundry service here is really good, the clothes are fragrant, folded neatly, and packed well in bags. The price is very cheap, only 6 yuan per kilogram 😆

I absolutely adored my stay at this guesthouse! The beauty is in every detail of the interior! I admired every corner and took pictures on all the armchairs :) It's a very clean and incredibly cozy little hotel, with super friendly, polite, and caring staff, and at a great price too! We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful rest. I also really liked the town! We came to Banyuwangi to climb Mount Ijen. We booked the tour right at the reception for 345,000 per person, and we were very happy with it! It was a standard program with transfer, guide, coffee break and breakfast, climbing the volcano and descending to see the blue flames, including medical certificates and a photo-video report. Very convenient and comfortable. After the night excursion, it rained during the day, and we recharged our batteries in the warmth and comfort; we didn't even want to leave this magical place. A huge plus is the accessible kitchen for guests. The ladies try so hard to create a pleasant atmosphere; there were bouquets of fresh flowers on every table. I don't think I've ever seen such care and love put into their work and the hotel. Thank you so much! 🙏

A warm and welcoming place to stay, run as a family business. You will meet the owner’s mother, sister, and the owner themselves—all lovely and very friendly. The rooms feature brand-new, spacious beds that are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, with a strong sense of local community and rice fields all around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and heartfelt service that makes you feel like part of the family. You’ll thank me later.

The hotel is very comfortable, the service is very satisfactory, the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is quite strategic on the side of the road, easy to access anywhere. The security level of the hotel is also very good and satisfactory

This is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm.

In order to make use of Garuda Indonesia's air tickets, Surabaya is the only option. Let's consider it as a stop for future volcano tours. The location is good, not far from the train station and shopping malls. The price is also very cheap, the breakfast is bread, and the matcha sauce is delicious. The pillowcase is a bit dirty, so I'll just make it up for the night. The Kodam night market recommended by the guy at the front desk is great, more interesting than other attractions in Surabaya.
