"You get what you pay for. Room is so small. Towels, toiletries and linen are not replaced everyday. There are alot of mosquitos and sometimes it is noisy during night time. My television has volume problems. Over all good for short term stay."

GGuest UserThis hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and all the appliances were working properly, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient since it’s just walking distance to Pryce Tower and nearby establishments.
One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy.

I had a really nice time at [Hotel Name]. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great—close to everything I needed. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had lots of good options.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

JJing666666The yard is very comfortable and quiet. Every day, mangoes fall from the tree. Picking mangoes has become a small blessing every day. It is super sweet. If the room facilities are not expected too high, it is quite happy to live here. Overall very recommended 👍🏻
Transportation: According to the guidance issued by Reception, it is very worry-free to take the bus from davao to the boat. 75 ≈ 9 yuan more than one person, to the warehouse, about 2.5㎞ take tutu to arrive.
Parent-child, after the phone inquiry, it is allowed to book a twin bed ➕ 750 for child with breakfast, which is still very friendly.
You can book tutu around the island, 1500 to negotiate the price yourself, motorcycle rental 500 +50deliver fee, a durian every day, the tuna restaurant opposite the warehouse is very good

GGuest UserThe room is bunk type with own toilet which is convenient for friends or solo travelers not for families. It's worth the price. The menu is the same for days so I don't know if they are offering other menu for breakfast.

GGuest UserWe decided on this hotel based on price, but it was even more comfortable than we expected.
My wife and I stayed here for four days.
It's in the middle of the city, so it's in a great location with the night market and mall nearby. As you'd expect from Duterte's hometown, the security is very good.
The thing that surprised me the most was the taxis.
They always keep the meter running, even if you don't use Grab.
You wouldn't see this in Manila.
