Hot spring Hotels in Tokushima Prefecture, Japan

We stayed for two nights and we enjoyed it. Located across the Tokushima JR station and next to a few shopping areas, it's easily accessible. The hotel car park lot (self-park) is just next to the hotel building and the parking fee is 800yen (3pm to 11noon, just one-time entry) and you can pay the fee at the hotel reception. The room we have is deluxe double, double bed at East Annex. The room is clean and comfortable. Just like other Japanese downtown business hotels, the room is not big but we able to open up two suitcases and still have room to move around. Breakfasts have Western & Japanese choices and we especially love they included local food and cuisine. Public onsen is located at the 11/F and we enjoyed it too. Staff are friendly and speak okay English.

The room was large and well appointed. You sleep on futons on the floor. There is also a bath and a toilet, which is unusual for onsen. There is an internal onsen bath on the 3rd floor but what makes this place unusual is that there is an outdoor bath up the hill where you take a mini funicular to reach the location. We had a Kaiseke dinner in the hotel where they feature local ingredients like tofu, potato and fish. To be honest, some of the dishes are an acquired taste but they were exquisitely presented and dinner staff were good. The wagyu beef was especially tasty. Staff are friendly and most can converse in English, which is a plus. The young female owner also has a good voice and sang a lovely song during dinner. The organized a short 20 minute tour after dinner to the vine bridge nearby though it was too dark to see much and the bridge was closed. But it was interesting riding the old school bus. Wifi is unfortunately weak and the Ipad was not able to log in at all. Wifi did not work for my Iphone in the dining room and only worked in the lobby and the bedroom. There is a souvenir store in the lobby area where you can buy local produce like snacks, apparel and ice cream.

The room was very comfortable and quiet, its windows opened to a beautiful view of the rivers and the orange bridge. Check-in was a little slow and the breakfast consisted of many small dishes none of which we liked very much (it looked good though). Overall a very comfortable base to ecplore Iya if you have your own car/ motorcycle.

Dinner is also a party dish like amateur dish. Ayu sashimi is only ２ cut. Only white rice was delicious in a way to cook with individual Kama. When I was relaxing in my room after checking in, the front desk brought me a memory foam pillow that I always use. Thank you. Regarding the location, I felt that there weren't many restaurants in the neighborhood, but I was fine because I'm a convenience store bento person! I was healed by the hot springs separated by gender, and after enjoying the delicious fish cutlet curry for breakfast, I left the inn. I want to stay again. Best!

The sightseeing such as the big walk was finished, so the next morning, I was charged for gasoline at the gas station in the city. The gasoline was about 3500 yen. I think the time when the GoTo campaign in Miyoshi city is being carried out is a chance to stay. It is the same calculation as the 2000 yen draw per person. There is no change. ■ I was worried (1) There was a distance to the bath and dinner venue The room has a self-cruel guide display, but there is a distance from the room to the bath and dinner venue. Our rooms were on the 5th floor of the building with the front desk. Breakfast provided was Japanese-style and adequate, with options for rice/porridge, juice and coffee. There are limited options for food around, and had to go into Naruto City for dinner. It was a short drive of about 10 minutes to the boats going out to the whirlpools, and 5 minutes to the Otsuka Museum of Art.

It is an inn in the hotel town in front of Tokushima Station. It is just next to the station because it crosses the signal. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around, and it is convenient for sightseeing. In either case, it was a Japanese room inn that entered the old kind, but it was renovated and comfortable. It is Park Mizuno in Naruto Park, Tokushima Prefecture. It is just behind the Sentatsu Shiki Observatory. Book in a room with dinner and breakfast. Dinner is made of cherry blossoms in room meals. Especially the boiling of the head of the cherry blossoms was delicious with fat. Breakfast is a venue meal, and the ground is used as well as dinner. The room is a great view of Naruto Strait and Naruto Ohashi bridge. The sunrise is very beautiful in the east direction. The room is large and clean. The hot spring is almost rented and the view is as good as the room. The skin became twitter. I think it is an old building but a great inn that feels polite customer service and maintenance. We also picked up and dropped off to Otsuka Museum of Art. Thank you.

The location of the hotel is very suitable for sightseeing, but the traffic is not very convenient. The hotel is guarded by the Naruto Bridge, which is very close to the Vortex Road and the Naruto Park Observatory. It is within walking distance. However, it is far from the tide boat dock. Fortunately, the service staff at the hotel is very enthusiastic. You can drive the guests to the dock and take the bus when you return. It is worth mentioning that the shops and restaurants near the hotel will be closed after 5:30 in the evening. There are no vending machines around the night, and there are no convenience stores. Therefore, it is recommended to book dinner and breakfast in advance.
