This wasn't a very satisfying experience, and I'm disappointed with Ctrip's ability to handle things. What would be a 3-star standard back home costs over a thousand here. Dubai is expensive, I get it. The room was basic, with no special amenities. The towels were a bit yellowish/worn, and the deadbolt was broken (if you're bothered by this, beware, or go with a companion/bring your own doorstop). The kettle had a tiny capacity and would overflow every time I used it. They provided one glass bottle of drinking water daily, along with the most basic tea/coffee packets. The hairdryer was locked in the drawer (probably to prevent theft/they're very thrifty). The toilet paper was too thin, which really reflects a hotel's quality. There were only two pillows, and Dubai in winter can be a bit chilly; the AC made it cold, but without it, it felt stuffy. The breakfast looked lively, but there weren't many tasty options. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very enthusiastic. There's a free shuttle to several shopping malls, parks, and the airport. Unfortunately, someone in our group got sick, so we checked out a day early. The hotel refused to refund the room fee (even with Ctrip's intervention). Most hotels, both domestic and international, typically offer this service, but this place was very unyielding (they even grandly called it 'contractual spirit,' which is just baffling). As a service industry, you need to provide good service and a good experience. If you can't, and others can, then you're out. I won't be choosing this hotel again. 🙂↔️ I suggest Ctrip lower its recommendation rating!

I was very satisfied with this hotel, and there are a few key points. First, the hotel's location is excellent. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach. Right outside, there's a large shopping mall, Starbucks, all sorts of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food, drinks, entertainment, and shopping, all within a 5-minute walk. There's also a large Carrefour and a Beauty Street where you can get salon services, SPA treatments, massages, and manicures. It's an incredibly convenient location. Second, the hotel itself offers excellent service. From the window, you can see the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel and the sea. Enjoying a drink on the balcony is quite relaxing. Third, the hotel includes two meals a day, either breakfast and dinner or breakfast and lunch. And the food for both meals is fantastic. Dinner offers a seafood buffet with a wide variety of seafood and fish. Lunch is also great, with two restaurant options: an Italian restaurant and a Greek restaurant, both included in the room rate. I tried the Greek restaurant, and the squid ink risotto and seafood soup were delicious. I didn't expect the hotel-included meals to be this good, which was a pleasant surprise. I also need to mention a drawback: when looking at the hotel's room rates, you absolutely must consider the taxes and fees. Generally, the tax in the UAE is 20 dirhams per night, but the taxes at this hotel, or rather at all hotels in JBR, are actually quite high. After you see the room rate, pay special attention to the total amount payable, as it might be significantly higher than the room rate alone; the taxes could add up to nearly 1000 AED. I didn't notice the taxes initially and just booked directly. Then, when I paid, I wondered why it was over 1000 AED more than the room rate. I called Trip.com and found out there were substantial taxes, so this is something to be aware of. Everyone should pay more attention to this. Aside from the issue with taxes, there are no other problems with this hotel. Starbucks is right next door. For women, there's a street nearby with many small perfume shops. I initially thought the perfumes would be mediocre, but I bought some and found their scents to be quite pleasant.

A bit hectic but amazing location, amazing team , great beach and my son did enjoy kids playroom a lot . We didn’t take breakfast or dinner but hotel have so many great restaurants and cafes around by 100 m availability , so there was no need for that . Just a bit hard to find sunbed because beach area super crowded but overall good value

Since my child usually doesn't eat breakfast, when I booked the room, I only included breakfast for two adults. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed us that according to hotel policy, children must pay for breakfast even if they don't eat it, simply by being guests. So, despite my child not eating, we were charged 75 AED per day for breakfast, totaling 225 AED for our three-night stay. I usually don't write reviews, but for the benefit of future travelers from my country, I felt it was important to share this situation for their reference. To be fair, the hotel's location is unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, just a 10-minute walk away. However, getting to the metro station is a bit of a trek; I'd recommend taking a bus near the hotel that goes directly to the metro entrance. While the room was spacious, the bed was quite small and uncomfortable. The breakfast quality was very average; the eggs seemed to be cooked without being washed first (you can see in the pictures). On the bright side, the restaurant environment was pleasant, and you could see the Burj Khalifa from there. The staff were all very nice and enthusiastic in assisting with any requests. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I won't be staying here again.

The place was just nice and the rooms were nice and big. The receptionist was so good and knew fully well what we needed. The cleaning guys were so good and always cleaned the rooms daily. Really good choices for Asian (Chinese) pallet, Arab food and Western food.  Gym: Great gym, some cardio machines but a full weight stack on machines and a full dumbbell rack which is rare for hotel gyms.  They have a pool, but we didnt try it. There is also a Sauna room also.  Good Things: It's nearby enough to the station so it's easy to get to.  The room is large and clean and quiet  The AC is great, very quiet but still can make the room super cold if you want it. Bad things: It's what I describe as USA service, everyone is warm, friendly and available, but all seem to only do it if they expect a tip. I guess thats common Overall: The value of the hotel is good, the location is reasonable, the food is good and the service is acceptable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is convenient for both meetings and leisure, and the overall atmosphere ensures a pleasant and stress-free experience throughout the stay. It is definitely a hotel I would love to stay at again on my next visit.

A short walk to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station, though be aware that the mall is actually almost a kilometre away from the station (via air-conditioned and moving walkways). Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. There are two large supermarkets in the same building, so it's very convenient to pick up drinks, snacks, toiletries etc.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and proactive, always ready to help with any small issues. 😁 The restaurant had a very quiet ambiance, and the dishes, as always, were exquisite and generously portioned – highly recommend! First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy with excellent privacy, making for a fantastic stay. This platform consistently delivers; I've always been satisfied with the establishments here. A little research beforehand really saves a lot of hassle! This place is absolutely a safe bet, everyone can come with confidence, it's exactly as described. I had to comment right after my visit – the staff were very responsive, and the environment was visually appealing. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
