Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine.

The hotel staff is friendly, professional and helpful. As for facilities, the hotel has a restaurant/cafe and even a beauty salon for women, a swimming pool and a gym. Room was clean, spacious and fully equipped with bottles of water, the room does not smell, its well-cleaned, there are amenities provided by default so that's great. Location wise it is ideal just a few mins walking from the Deira City Centre Metro Station and the shopping mall. Also, I tried their breakfast buffer it is delicious.

The hotel is new and modern; however, my stay was severely affected by multiple room defects and poor service handling. The hair dryer in the bathroom was defective, with the cover broken. When I reported this, the engineer came but was unable to fix it and advised me to hold the exposed wire while using the hair dryer, which is a serious safety hazard and i got shock once. Additionally, the room phone was intermittently not working and could only be used on loudspeaker. As a result, I had to walk down to the lobby every time I needed assistance, which was extremely inconvenient. The complimentary shuttle bus service was also poorly managed. The concierge staff emphasized that the shuttle was “not under their control” and that any issues were not their responsibility. I was told to wait and that an announcement would be made when the bus arrived. I ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes, with no announcement and no staff present to assist. There was no communication or support provided at all. Overall, while the property looks new, the lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and poor service coordination made this stay unacceptable. Will not book with them again.

I was happy to find a hotel for one single night at a very competitive price ; the only thing that was not scheduled is the noise of traffic road ; I couldn't sleep properly. Next time i will ask for a room not a traffic road area.

I booked a single-bedroom studio for a 2-night stay at Asma Al Barsha Hotel Apartments, mainly because I saw attractive swimming pool views on social media and was looking forward to using both the gym and pool facilities. At the time of booking and even during check-in, the reception staff informed me that these facilities were included in my package, which I was already aware of. However, they did not mention the pool timing restrictions. As it is the beginning of summer in the United Arab Emirates, I planned to swim around 9:30 PM when the weather is more comfortable and ideal for photos or videos. Unfortunately, only after going up to the rooftop did I see a notice stating that the pool is open only from 9 AM to 9 PM. This timing is not practical considering the high humidity during daytime in this region. Additionally, the gym is managed by a third party, which was not clearly communicated. After check-in, basic items like slippers are not provided immediately—you need to call reception and wait around 20–30 minutes. Regarding parking, it was mentioned that parking is available. However, I arrived using an electric scooter, which is quite common and practical in areas like Al Barsha. There were no facilities to charge electric scooters, and I ended up wasting more than 3 hours trying to find a solution. Another inconvenience is the lack of designated smoking areas within the building. The property has 6 floors, but there is no smoking room or zone on any floor. Guests must go outside the building to smoke. This becomes especially inconvenient because the room access card is required to operate the lift. If one person leaves with the card, the room loses power, leaving the other occupant without electricity. On a positive note, during my stay, I interacted with three different receptionists. Among them, a Sri Lankan staff member working the day shift stood out for her genuine hospitality, friendly attitude, and prompt service. Overall, while the room and basic facilities were satisfactory, there are several areas where management can improve guest convenience and communication.

This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!

I keep returning because it is truly a 'cheap and best' option in a prime location! 🙌 On my most recent visit, I was very happy to receive an upgrade to a ‘Superior King Room’. The room was spacious and modern🛌. Although there was some outside noise at night due to ongoing renovation works, I didn't mind because I could see the hotel is improving its facilities’🛠️. The location is perfect: a short walk to Union Metro Station, Al Ghurair Centre, and a local Mosque. It’s also very close to the Creekside for a nice walk🚶♂️✨. Despite the temporary construction noise, the service remains professional and the price is unbeatable📍🤩 “ Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai! 🇦🇪✈️✌️”

the location is very near to Naif Souq and Gold Souq only walking distance... During my stay for 1 night, most of the traveler are African and Indian... I took breakfast in the hotel which only served bread with planta and strawberry jam, paratha and chicken sausage and salad of cucumber and carrots. If you need a comfortable room, this is not the place but just for a sleep and near to the Souq, it is very convenience.
