This is a very difficult review to write. Lets start with the positive: the location is perfect, the staff are the best I have ever encountered, service is amazing, the breakfast was fantastic, and almost all details of the room were designed to an incredible standard. Here's the downside, and sadly it is a big one: the beds are awful and make it almost impossible to sleep well. Two small mattresses, with two separate mattress-toppers, are loosely held together by a thin top sheet. These mattresses are placed not on a tight frame, but on a loose plinth. As a result they easily slide apart and away from the wall. As a result once one lies on the (too soft, too bouncy) mattress, one needs to avoid all movement. I did not manage a single good night's sleep in this hotel. Devastating, because everything else was amazing. Only one negative... but such an important one that I would not return. Tragic.

The room was spacious, unlike what you'd typically find in European hotels. The floor-to-ceiling windows at both ends of the hallway offered a beautiful scenic view, simply stunning! The bedding in the room was also very comfortable, although the sink drainage was a bit slow. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I didn't book it initially but added it later, and it was excellent value for money.

It was a very nice experience to stay in this hotel. Even though we stayed only for one night, we were so happy. The studio was super clean, especially the bathroom. It had also dishwasher! They were all so friendly and helpful! Last but not least, outside the hotel it was the tram station, you could take it and go wherever you wanted and that was so convenient. I would definitely go back again one day!

It had also dishwasher! They were all so friendly and helpful! Last but not least, outside the hotel it was the tram station, you could take it and go wherever you wanted and that was so convenient. I would definitely go back again one day!

We visited during Christmas, and the decorations were absolutely lovely, putting us in a great mood. The hotel's proximity to Stockholm Central Station and the bus terminal (for airport buses, etc.) made transportation incredibly convenient. The room was spacious enough for our stay, and we experienced almost no inconveniences. While there were some delays in restocking toilet paper and tissues, the service otherwise was very attentive!
