This is a very difficult review to write. Lets start with the positive: the location is perfect, the staff are the best I have ever encountered, service is amazing, the breakfast was fantastic, and almost all details of the room were designed to an incredible standard. Here's the downside, and sadly it is a big one: the beds are awful and make it almost impossible to sleep well. Two small mattresses, with two separate mattress-toppers, are loosely held together by a thin top sheet. These mattresses are placed not on a tight frame, but on a loose plinth. As a result they easily slide apart and away from the wall. As a result once one lies on the (too soft, too bouncy) mattress, one needs to avoid all movement. I did not manage a single good night's sleep in this hotel. Devastating, because everything else was amazing. Only one negative... but such an important one that I would not return. Tragic.

I didn't book it initially but added it later, and it was excellent value for money.

By the way the exhaust fan in the toilet is very noisy and cannot be switched off! The service at the front desk is very considerate, and the lady there is very nice. It is worth noting that there was no kettle in the room, but the front desk was very helpful🥰

It was a very nice experience to stay in this hotel. Even though we stayed only for one night, we were so happy. The studio was super clean, especially the bathroom. It had also dishwasher! They were all so friendly and helpful! Last but not least, outside the hotel it was the tram station, you could take it and go wherever you wanted and that was so convenient. I would definitely go back again one day!

It had also dishwasher! They were all so friendly and helpful! Last but not least, outside the hotel it was the tram station, you could take it and go wherever you wanted and that was so convenient. I would definitely go back again one day!

Double rooms come with four towels (two large, two small). If that's not enough, you can bring your own disposable towels. Thankfully, I saw reviews mentioning the towels weren't changed, so I brought disposable ones, and the lack of cleaning didn't bother me too much. ## Environment: Overall, the hotel environment is quite good. ## Service: Just like all Swedes, the staff are very warm and welcoming. The front desk staff are proactive in offering help and are very nice. If you have any issues, just approach them.
