arianascoarianascoArrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine.
BohemianRBohemianRThe hotel staff is friendly, professional and helpful. As for facilities, the hotel has a restaurant/cafe and even a beauty salon for women, a swimming pool and a gym. Room was clean, spacious and fully equipped with bottles of water, the room does not smell, its well-cleaned, there are amenities provided by default so that's great. Location wise it is ideal just a few mins walking from the Deira City Centre Metro Station and the shopping mall. Also, I tried their breakfast buffer it is delicious.

The service is very good, there were some concerns but they all were resolved by the staff (thanks Sarina and another female receptionist). A complementary swimming pool is in another hotel, just 5-minute walk. There are gym and laundrymat, we didn't use them though.
There are 2 issues, 1 is smaller, some rooms are connected with the inner door, and neighbors are clearly hearable, we asked for another room; 2 is bigger, there is an ongoing renovation, and drilling happens from 9 to 18, it will last months unfortunately. We stayed just 2 nights.

Next time i will ask for a room not a traffic road area.
Jameszhang0801Jameszhang0801This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!Guest UserGuest UserEverything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard.

I booked an extended stay through Ctrip and already paid, but for some reason, there was an additional 15 AED to pay at the hotel. I even called the front desk to confirm I still wanted the room and would sort out the remaining 15 AED later, as I was going to sleep. However, they kept calling me! I was so angry, I went downstairs to pay the 15 AED, and throughout the whole process, they didn't even apologize! It was pointless talking to them. Seriously. I was already annoyed by the time difference here! I want to complain!!!
