I don't find the room noisy despite the location.
I had my cat with me and cat litter, litter box and bowls were provided and prepared in advance.

The rooms were very spacious and had enough space to easily move around. The beds and other amenities within the room were very clean, including the washroom. Other amenities such as the coffee maker, shower were higher end. However, requesting supplies through housekeeping took quite a bit of time to receive what I requested. Overall, the hotel is situated in a very convenient spot, close to the airport and other shopping districts.
