Best hotel in Aalst. Stayed for 2 weeks.Great room, perfect bed, shower and also little balcony. the room was spotless very clean. Internet worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good quality with lots of variety and excellent teas and coffee. But the most important is the professionalism and the curtesy of the staff from cleaners to the owner. Absolutely well trained and very kind. I had a medical operation and had to put on compression socks at night, the staff had noted my need and each evening one will come up and help me put the socks on as I was on my own. I felt really at home. the owner is so down to earth and works throughout. Assisted in restaurant booking when it was all full and after closing hours etc... The receptionists Marino, Joel and Anthe were absolutely great. Thank you for a very comfortable stay 🙏 Oh and very central location near everything in Aalst.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at keizershof Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who came with us to show our room. The sauna was very relaxing too, this is a must do! Breakfast is good. We were also taken care of by the hotel Manager, Lindsay Bunales which is very friendly and she really makes sure that her customers are satisfied with their stay. With regards to the location, I could say that it is just perfect as it is at the heart of the city, nearby shops and some restaurants as well as open market as we stayed on a Saturday. therefore you will not be bored.

My choice of hotel for business in Belgium. Very convenient, clean, comfortable, quiet. The breakfast is good, there is a machine that squeezes the oranges right on the spot, it is pretty cool. Parking on site. The front desk personnel is super polite and so is the bar and restaurant people. There are shoe shining machines in every floor! The gym is a bit basic, do not spect to keep your muscle building routine there but for me is pretty adécuate. Overall I am very satisfied with the hotel overall. Will be coming back

This hotel is great in every way -- very friendly and professional staff, very clean and large rooms with comfortable beds and a Nespresso coffee maker, and an abundant breakfast buffet with something for everyone.

Very decent hotel even if a little dated receptionists very helpful and friendly the rooms are good and we sleep well the room service I do not comment because it is not edible the rooms are clean and spacious

Hotel very well located in this town between Ghent and Brussels, close to shops and the market. Very pleasant host who speaks French. Top room, fully equipped. Very good breakfast with something for everyone with squeezed orange juice 😋. Paid parking but very practical and secure.

I have given training here dozens of times in one of the many excellently equipped meeting rooms with all the required facilities. The staff was always very professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. There is sufficient parking (paying) although the spaces in the garage are rather small and if you have a large car you should ask if you can park in the 2nd parking lot (which is next to the hotel). Everything is always very clean and tidy. The rooms themselves are also more than worth it, with most of them completely renovated and very comfortable rooms (I slept in the 407, a Deluxe room) with very good beds and excellent sound insulation and a flat-screen TV. with HDMI connection so you can also play your own content. The breakfast is correct, the bar pleasant. There is no longer an on-site restaurant for à la carte dining, but lunch is served for customers who use the meeting rooms. Hotel guests can always order some snacks (pasta) in the bar and there is also room service. There are numerous restaurants around the hotel, which is located in the city center. I am happy every time a visit to Hotel Keizershof is on my agenda. Kudos to Jan, Marino, Gunther and the rest of the team.

Prachtig hotel, centraal gelegen in centrum . Bereikbaar per trein 10 min lopen vanaf station, parkeergarage schuin voor de deur. Diverse tv zenders en radio stations. Mooie inloopdouche. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijtbuffet gevarieerd en vers van goede kwaliteit.
