I have stayed in this hotel almost every year when I am in Nigeria. The standard , facility and service is degrading consistently. Yahoo boys are permanently resident and there is persistent use of hard *****. Strong smell of **** emanates from all the corridors. It was really strong and persistent althroughout my 3 days stay. **** was being smoked in the outdoor section where I had a 2yr old and a 9yr old members of my family sitting. I booked an executive and I was offered a standard room which costs less. The outdoor offering is shabby! I always have to go and look for a staff to request for drinks or any service. There is never a Permanent staff in the area. The icing on the cake, the manager refused to come out and speak to me when I was checking out so I can give him this feedback directly. They have really killed this hotel with their poor service, wreckless and uncaring attitude.
