An ideal hotel in the centre of this small town, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Breakfast served on the shady terrace with a good variety of food and lovely cakes. Beautiful thermal water pool, very friendly and helpful owner, and tastefully decorated rooms in typical Tuscan style, some with balcony. Stayed for a week in searing heat. Couldn't fault it!

I stayed here twice, within a few weeks of each other. The hotel is located nicely and is within walking distance of many restaurants and local bars. I found the staff friendly, including the owner, Robertbo. The staff were very attentive and always made sure there were drinks and snacks on offer when sitting in the garden area or around the pool. The grounds of the hotel were really looked after, along with a decent-sized pool and jacuzzi with loungers. Breakfast in the mornings was served outside, and there was plenty to have, along with pasties, mixed breads, yoghurt, bacon, eggs, meats (ham, etc.), cheeses, tomatoes, etc. Fresh coffees and juices—I was never disappointed. The rooms were large and comfortable, along with air conditioning for those days when it was too hot. I'm looking forward to my next stay

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my husband. We were a part of a bigger group staying here. The hotel have a great location in Bagni di Lucca. Close to several stores and at least two restaurants. I really love Italy and its atmosphere and this hotel was no exception. This hotel is old fashion, and had a lot of history. But it have everything we needed for our stay. We stayed in a big bedroom with a small bathroom. The negativ things was it was a bit cold in the room and we could hear other guests at night and cars driving by outside. Outside of the hotel they had a garden, a swimming pool and a small pool. Breakfast was okey, typical Italian. The people working here did not speak much english, but we worked it out with a bit body language I would stay here again!

The hotel, dating back to 1790, is situated in a center of Bagni di Lucca. I spent 3 winter nights there. My room was big and tidy. The staff (Roberto!) was always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and would have satisfied all tastes. I can imagine how beautiful this hotel is in summer!

Struttura elegante e ben tenuta. Peccato esserci andati in autunno e non aver potuto usufruire degli ampi spazi esterni, fra cui la grande piscina. Camere pulite e funzionali. Su tutto, la cortesia dello staff e, in particolare, di Roberto che ci è venuto incontro in tutte le necessità. Ottima la posizione, vicina a ottimi ristoranti e a poca distanza dalle tante attività outdoor di Bagni di Lucca. Ci è piaciuta molto la sala di ritrovo al secondo piano, ideale per quattro chiacchiere in tranquillità.

Ottima posizione per viste, escursioni, e passeggiate. In centro a Bagni di Lucca, vicino a bar, ristoranti e negozi vari. Parcheggio comodissimo. Hotel in palazzo storico signorile con pavimenti in marmo, il linea con lo stile del paese. Se cercate uno stile moderno e minimal non vi meritate questo lusso d'altri tempi, tenuto in modo ******ale dal Sig. Roberto, gentilissimo e professionale. Camere molto ampie e silenziose, fornite di tutti i comfort: wifi, Aria condizionata, TV, letti comodi, lenzuola morbide. bagni grandi, phon che funziona bene e dispenser con sapone che aiuta a non consumare plastica; Esterni: Bellissimo giardino che sarebbe anche una splendida locazione per cerimonie ed eventi. Grande piscina con vasca idromassaggio e comodi lettini oversize. Tutto ordinato, in buone condizioni e pulitissimo. Prima colazione dolce e salata con ottimi prodotti. Salame mortadella formaggio uova. Croissant, torte, yogurt cereali succhi marmellate. Di tutto e di più, (no buffet causa covid), serviti abbondanti e veloci da una gentilissima cameriera. Prezzo in linea con l'offerta di zona ma decisamente inferiore alla qualità del servizio. SCEGLIETE QUESTO HOTEL E NON VI PENTIRETE.

Palazzo d'epoca ben restaurato in centro al paese,molto pulito, giardino stupendo in riva al fiume in cui ci hanno permesso mettere le moto al sicuro, colazione ottima con prodotti di qualità, camere ben arredate letti molto comodi. Insomma siamo stati bene

Bella camera, pulita, confortevole. La struttura ha una conformazione antica, per cui all'inizio non è così facile orientarsi. Beneficia di un bel giardino sul fiume. Colazione abbondante, ma senza tovaglie sui tavoli, in stile americano.
