Holiday Inn seems to be a dying chain. Never had a problem with Hamptons or Marriott's, but this is the second time I stayed in Holiday Inn with horrible management and cleanliness.

Our room had food and trash underneath the sofa bed, there was also someone’s article of clothing left behind underneath the sofa mattress, there was a pile of an unknown substance under the overhang of one of our beds. The pool was ice cold so we were unable to enjoy it and the hot tub looked very run down.

The pool is absolutely disgusting. The staff, if you’re lucky to see any, are incredibly rude. The room was 6/10, probably the only good area of the property.

They told me that Jacuzzi and pool were working but when I got there and checked in the Jacuzzi was broken and the water was so dirty it was like a sewer water and also in the room the bed was dirty. There was Mark all over it when I mentioned it to them, they made themselves that they don’t know nothing, not recommended for anyone

Everything was great about our stay at the hotel except for our door to our room. It was hard to open and looked like someone else had trouble before us that stayed and tried to pry open the door.

The only reason for reservations at this hotel was use of pool and hot tub. Called ahead day of to confirm hot tub is open and working. Arrive 2 hours later and hot tub is like warm and pool is ice cold. Booked and pre-paid for room so had no choice but stay. Hotel appeared new so very disappointed pool area was unusable.

The property was nice and clean. Staff was also nice. I checked in went to eat and got an emergency phone call. I had an family emergency involving my son and could not stay. Would like to know if i could get a refund?

The hotel website lists an airport shuttle. On arriving we were told it only operates Monday through Friday so unavailable for our Saturday departure. That was a deception. We might not have booked this hotel.
