Everything was fine except the rooms smelled like sewage and the drinks were limited; the food was also good.

I liked the service, perhaps they need to add more variety to their seafood buffets, at least on weekends, and they could improve their room facilities, change the bathroom curtain, their towels are overused, they could improve for their location and price, they could improve.

The only good thing is the location; the instructions are very outdated and poorly written, and it's very different from what's shown in the photos. It's clear they haven't been updated in at least 10 years; it's practically a scam.

Very good, good service, we were well looked after, and the hotel is in a strategic location.

The place is spacious and is still being remodeled. The bad thing is that the pool is literally clean and grey. I would definitely leave it out of my options for my next visit to the port.

Hotel in an excellent central location, in terms of food they are good and they serve enough, I consider that the staff service is not the best, the waiters are very unfriendly and the customer service is terrible. The facilities are many years old and the furniture in the place is not very nice (it urgently needs furniture renovation), the obsolete elevators had to wait up to 40 minutes to go down, especially at check-in time.
