Hotel Hacienda Maria Eugenia

The hotel has a good location, but the facilities are already outdated and it shows. The pool never gets full sunlight, so the water gets a bit cold. If it is very hot, it is compensated. The rooms are still locked and #201 opens from the outside, even without the key, unless you put the bolt on it from the inside. I reported this to the reception, but the attention was very sparing. Additionally, this room has a "kitchenette" (actually 2 burners, a sink and a mini-refrigerator, which are only functional if you pay 160 MXN per day. I did not see any cooking utensils and I do not know if they will provide them with the previous payment. The faucet in the sink leaked, and even though I reported it, it was never repaired. There is a jacuzzi on the level of the room that was never functional. The hotel has sales of alcoholic beverages and snacks, but you can find a Modelorama a few steps away , a guadalajara pharmacy opposite and an oxxo a little further, so I don't think the sale of alcohol is a business for them. The toilet is small and it moved constantly, proof that it is not well founded. The bathroom is small Although it claims to have several WiFi signals, in our stay only 1 was detected, and it did not reach the room fully.For the room they offered us a view of the coast, which is cool because there is a small balcony from which the view is enjoyed. The whites on the beds look worn, and one of the pillows gave off a dirty smell.

Es un lugar muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable, pero las instalaciones necesitan moderniz**** (pantallas más grandes, ropa de cama diferente , toallas nuevas,articulos de tocador, entre otros), el precio por habitación es elevado para lo que ofrece. Tuvimos habitación en pb y no es posible descansar porque se escucha demasiado bullicio, desde los empleados hasta los mismos vacacionistas. Me parece que tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, solo deben trabajar en ellas.

Y a son 3 ocasiones que me hospedó ahí y siempre me ha gustado y el trato es bueno.

El buffete algo caro comparado con lo que se ofrece.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, el aire acondicionado nos pegaba directo y al dormir es incomodo, la televisión es muy pequeña y el baño se ve muy viejo. La atención del personal es muy buena, pero las instalaiones no son tan agradables. El buffet en el restaurant es normal, nada especial.
