酒店周邊環境不好，電梯樓道又臟又亂，衞生間裏有很多小蟲子，像小蒼蠅，就這樣都沒想要給差評。酒店最差的是服務，我們在這兒訂了三間房，其中一間房洗手池沒有熱水，當時和老闆溝通後沒解決，再問的時候連回復也不給了。後因酒店提供收費的一次性馬桶墊配不上馬桶圈的問題，我們衹是反映了下，老闆以極強的優越感暗諷我們沒住過幾千塊的床，還説甚至港澳台客人都能接受洗手池沒有熱水，暗示我們挑剔。我們一路走來，沒有挑剔過任何一家酒店的服務態度，也沒有遇到過這麼傲慢的商家。

房間很温馨很乾凈 設施一應俱全 智能馬桶 洗衣機 掛燙機 抽油煙機 鍋碗 甚至準備了一次性碗碟 被子超輕超舒服 床單被套睡着綿綿的 最重要的是老闆人超好 很熱情 位置也很好 出門右拐就是香港街 再往前走一點就到天百 興隆街 一到晚上各種小吃燒烤炸串 房間價格真的很划算 以後這就是我的定點名宿啦

我們是一行6位到南疆自駕遊的香港旅客，看到這間剛開業不久的民宿，又看到其他住客的評語，便果斷訂房了。到了後與網上的介紹一樣，我們訂了三個房間，每個房間的佈置和設計都有特色，設施齊全完善、整潔明亮，讓我們經過一天的行車和遊玩，得到充分的休息。

阿克蘇性價比第一的民宿，毋庸置疑！非常感謝老闆的熱心，獎了我們兩包本地原味酸奶，智能馬桶、大茶台、空調、冰箱、熱水壺……各類電器一應俱全，床品太舒服了……謝謝🙏

房東大姐特別熱情，因為是新開的民宿，特別整潔特別乾淨，地理位置優越，靠近繁華地帶，旁邊走就是步行街，逛街特別方便。樓下的胡辣湯店特別美味，整體感覺不錯。

房間很大，東西也一應俱全，樓下就有超市和早餐店，交通也很方便，老闆娘非常熱情，主要是噪聲小，窗簾一拉可以睡到中午，

幫朋友定了一間親子間、一間大床房，我自己住的雙床房，每間房裝修的都挺好的，幾家都滿意，我們這間雙床房寬敞明亮，床不軟不硬，床品乾爽舒適，配有全自動洗衣機，簡易櫥房，配備的還是比較齊全的。總體都滿意，一個性價比比較高的民宿。最後給美女老闆一個小小的建議，就是一次性馬桶墊收費的建議（我們自己帶有馬桶墊），這個馬桶墊個人覺得收費有點貴，網上一般都是幾角錢一個貴的一元左右，個人覺得如果改成免費使用對於老闆來説是一個加分項，顯得店家的服務配備上更好。這樣花錢不多，可能會讓很多人覺得老闆考慮的很周到。這是本人內心真實評價，希望能幫到大家。遺憾的就是三個房間當時沒有拍照，如果以後有機會再到阿克蘇還會選擇這裏。

服務很差，廚房水槽裏還有茶渣衞生間漏水，周圍環境臟亂差，出門不方便，更不方便停車，停車自己付費，多待了兩個小時，收了我們75元鐘點房費，總之不會推薦這個名宿，給人體驗非常的差！

她家的床、枕頭、被子都特別的舒服，而且還有淡淡的香味不知道是哪款洗衣液。而且周邊的設施也很不錯，早中晚餐都能滿足。圖片沒有上傳，走的倉促不方便拍照。
