The location of the hotel is very good and very convenient. There was a little episode when I checked in. The hotel said that I had not received Trip.com payment, and I repeatedly paid the money at the front desk. The location of the hotel is not easy to find, we have been around for a long time to find. Breakfast is Starbucks downstairs, you can order coffee, juice, burgers, etc., delicious! Not far from the hotel, the newest outlets in San Francisco are just ten minutes drive away. There are also restaurants around the hotel for easy dining. The reception desk was a black boy. It was not friendly, and the deposit was deducted. The deduction of the room rate was not in line with the amount I booked. After receiving the bank message, I specially left enough time for check-out to check with them. Billing and booking information. Finally, the deposit is refunded, and the price is the same as that at the time of booking. I still have to pay more attention to it, otherwise I will find it more troublesome after returning to China.

We decided on this Hotel sue to the good price value and proximity to the Oakland Raiders Coliseum. Fairfield is right off the freeway and there is a 7/11, Subway and Starbucks right next to it. Breakfast is free with plenty of choices with adequate seating for all. Parking is free too and the hotel is open air which adds a nice touch. Staff was very friendly, the only thing is walls are little thin as we heard our neighbors TV and discussions and they were not partied either. We will stay here again on our next visit to the Bay area. Thanks for nice stay Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Although I booked in the Accor App and it showed a total price with some comments in taxes, nowhere did it mention on an additional resort fee of $45 per day. As a corporate executive of a national carpentry company, my men and their comfort is important to me and my work. The staff has always been more than helpful and polite. Irene who works at night usually is always so happy to assistant at any time of the night. Durning the day I get to be helped by Vai, Jesus, Rudy and Veronica. They are always so polite and ready to assist a with anything I need. A lot of times they help with questions about the surrounding area. The cleaning staff is great and anytime I need any extra cleaning they get right on it. I’d like to finish by talking about the young lady that runs the show. Grace is so sweet and seems to not only Have a great relationship with her staff but loves her job. This shows in how nice our stay is. We stay here off and on because of so much work in the area and I will not even look for another place to stay because I feel at home here with the crew.

The staff are the best - Trish, Lauren, Ree-Ann, Joey, Adham, Will, Anatero, Tupo, Jose, Laurence, Cole, Nikki, Trung, Martin, Theodore and the rest of the team made my long-term stay exceptionally comfortable. I felt quite at home and could have easily stayed longer had my travel plans not taken me across the globe. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the restaurant serves very delicious food. The pool and gym adds to the convenience and ambience.
