Hotel Regina

Very nice home. The staff take care of everything and are charming. Secure parking in front of the hotel. Our junior suite with sea view balcony was spacious and clean. The breakfast offers everything you could want and the products are of quality. The sea view is magnificent. The beach restaurant offers decent meals at reasonable prices. The beach in front of the hotel is great and very clean. The ice cream parlor run by a lady offers a range of delicious flavors. Our only regret, a real restaurant which would make this establishment "all" what you would need. We would happily stay there again.

I book a room at the last moment with the agreement that it would be ready before 2 pm, happy that they accept small dogs on the beach, I show up after 11 and am made to sit on the beach, where I bitterly discover that the beach umbrellas will be kept closed due to yellow flag (slight breeze).. note that in other establishments in the area the umbrellas are open and today is the first day of light wind after a windy week in which the umbrellas remained open anyway. At one point the gentleman at the concierge tells me to take a seat on the beach anyway with the umbrellas closed and to go into the water, but without the little dog that I should have left on a leash to the umbrella without any shade. If this is the service you provide for €330 bed and breakfast, congratulations. Today there are more than 30 degrees and the risk of heatstroke is high. I point out to him that I am a doctor and he offends me, saying that there is something to worry about that a doctor behaves like this and does not accept the rules, and he is surprised that "someone like me cures people". Offensive behavior and that I will consider reporting to the appropriate authorities. Would the rules be baking in the sun and passing out, to line their pockets? No thanks, shame!

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni in questo bellissimo hotel 4 stelle con la formula mezza pensione con cena serale. Ottima location, comodo con l’ascensore che arriva direttamente sulla spiaggia, dogfrendly. Personale gentile ed efficiente pronto ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Ottima la cucina e tutti i servizi connessi. Bella la passeggiata sul lungomare, Vicinissimo sl centro ed al budello dove si possono fare acquisti di ogni genere. Lo consiglio vivamente. In der Bildergalerie des Hotels ist auch ein Fitnessstudio abgebildet und beschrieben. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Fitness-Einrichtungen! Also eine falsche Darstellung!

Ho trovato una camera all’ultimo momento per poter prolungare di un giorno il mio soggiorno ad Alassio, dove trascorro abitualmente le mie vacanze e per accontentare mio figlio. Prendo accordi con l’albergatore per una camera per due adulti, un bambino ed un cagnolino di piccola taglia, alla modica cifra di 330€ a notte per camera, colazione e servizio spiaggia, di cui avrei usufruito fino all’indomani mattina. Mi viene detto di recarmi pure in hotel dopo il check out dall’altra struttura poco distante, e che avrebbero sistemato la mia camera per prima, fermandomi per sole 24 ore. A quasi mezzogiorno trovo questa situazione: camera non pronta perché ancora occupata dagli ospiti precedenti, sole cocente e impossibilità di usufruire della spiaggia in quanto ombrelloni chiusi, causa bandiera gialla (notare che gran parte degli stabilimenti adiacenti avevano gli ombrelloni aperti).. mi viene proposto di andare in spiaggia lasciando il cane legato all’ombrellone chiuso (a cuocere sotto il sole?!) e di buttarmi in acqua, oppure di salire in solarium con la famiglia. A quel punto faccio presente che il rischio colpo di calore era elevatissimo, e che ormai mezza giornata di mare era persa.. da medico mi preoccupo principalmente del benessere dei miei familiari, non rischio un malore per la loro disorganizzazione. Il costo a questo punto diventa veramente eccessivo, e non mi viene neppure offerta la possibilità di scorporare il costo della spiaggia, servizio di cui non avrei usufruito a quelle condizioni. Ma qui arriva il “bello”: il titolare si permette, davanti ad altri clienti e ai miei familiari increduli, di ridicolarizzare le mie lamentele e offendere la mia professione di medico, umiliandomi con frasi gratuite e fuori luogo. A questo punto decido di andarmene, perdendo un giorno di vacanza e lasciando la mia amata Alassio con l’amaro in bocca. Pretendo delle scuse per il comportamento inqualificabile.

encore un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Regina, tout est parfait, une très belle chambre , pratique fonctionnelle, très lumineuse, de bons petits déjeuners, et de très belle journée sur la plage de l'hôtel

Personale molto efficiente ed accoglienza. Hotel direttamente sul mare, con terrazza per la colazione eccellente e vista splendida . Camera elegante, pulita. Colazione molto soddisfacente con dolci salati bevande frutta fresca

Hôtel - personnel - repas - service -disponibilité 👍✅ En famille nous y retournerons cet automne ! Super bien ! Parking un peu cher… Mais bon 🤷‍♂️ Bar, plage et terrasse magnifique ! A conseiller aussi bien en famille qu’en couple avec un plus pour spa malheureusement ferme à Pâques !

hotel bellissimo ci andavo sempre da piccola ma ora si sono alzati molto i prezzi. davvero bello sopratutto la hall e la sala della colazione ecc.. il mare è molto bello nella zona dell’hotel. personale simpatico e cibo ottimo, l’hotel più bello di Alassio!
