"It's located in the western part of the hotel, right on the beach, and if you don't mind walking a bit to get to the nightlife (including restaurants), you won't regret it: you can reach it by strolling along the seafront, leaving the noise of the night behind until you hear only the lapping of the waves. The rooms vary in size, all listed on the website, so there are no surprises upon arrival: we stayed in one with a sea view, which was spacious and had a well-stocked and comfortable bathroom. Breakfast is served on the sixth floor, with a panoramic window, and offers a rich assortment of pastries, savory dishes, fruit juices, and hot drinks. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff always tidied the room quickly, and we never had any problems finding a seat or accessing the buffet. You can use the beach in front of the hotel (for a fee) or the partner beach in Laigueglia, accessible by shuttle service. The only drawback is that you can't know in advance which beach you'll be staying at, which can be inconvenient if you have friends to meet. Meticulously clean, a relaxed atmosphere: a 5-star service."

"We stayed in this apartment for two days. The accommodation is small, but well equipped. We were also given sheets and towels. Very close to the beach, about 700 meters from the Alassio budello. A special praise to the owner, Massimiliano, very kind and helpful, always ready to give us useful advice. Recommended"

"We booked an apartment with garden. We had an amazing stay. Lots of space for 2 persons, and they seem to have recently renovated. Just a short walk or drive to the beach (5 - 10 min). The apartment had a small stove, magnetron, coffee machine (with coffee). They provide you also with a sponge, towel for the kitchen, broom, tablets for the dishwasher, etc. The only thing I was missing were towels for the pool. Would recommend."

"Just had a holiday with Shearings and stayed here. Absolutely no complaint about Shearings but they need to stop using this hotel. The food is the worst I have ever tasted. I lived on bread rolls. No one on the table got their meals at the same time. It was extremely hard to know what we were eating. The inclusive bar was a joke. Cans of crap lager. Sexist barmen who would only give me a small glass but the men could get pints. Flies in the wine. Dinner service was so slow we had very little bar time left. We had two days with no hot water. Fellow passengers had to offer us their shower. The manager (I think he was) was so rude. He screamed ‘what’ in my face when he didn’t hear me at the bar. He never smiled or even spoke until we were leaving. I had used sheets on my bed the first day. Rooms were ok but not really very clean. I thought room was clean until I spilled some water and it mixed with dirt off floor. Pool was empty and needed repair. Towels had seen better days. Keys are left on show in reception which is not always staffed so anyone could take them. Safe didn’t work. I’ve seen on another review that the hotel response to a bad review was that it was fake. This isn’t, I assure you . If you are booked to go to this hotel, change your booking. You deserve better than this."

"Stepping back into time was a fun experience. The hotel was built in 1930 and the ambience (although remodeled) took you to that era. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was provided. And, it was a short walk to the perfectly blue and clear water of the Mediterranean. Breakfast butter was included. The cost of the room was reasonable and the hotel is located in a good part of town."
