I checked into your hotel on 10/09/2021, and rented 2 rooms (rooms 130 & 131). Neither of the rooms were clean, just NASTY. I needed somewhere CLEAN to rest for the night. There were ROACHES and BUGS, sheets and the top cover was FILTHY and had STAINS. The bathroom had soap scum, table and tray on the table had not been washed, the refrigerator and microwave was NASTY and had not been washed. The floor had been swept, there was TRASH on the floor in between the nightstand and the bed. I went to the front desk to request for CLEAN linen. She gave me a set of DINGY sheets. I went into a panic attack, my chest started hurting. I just couldn't take being there any longer. I had to leave. I would like a full refund for both of my rooms. I was not there more than 20 mins before letting the lady at the front desk know that I just could not stay in those conditions. The hotel was NASTY and staff were not presentable either. The young lady that checked us in was clean, sad to say the appearance of the others was not. The maintenance man in room 109 smelled like alcohol, he should NOT be the one that comes out to assist customers. I am a travel agent and would never allow my clients to stay in any place like this. I have contacted the BBB and the Health Inspectors.
