building needs some maintenance

They were very nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable.

Super comfy bed until we looked underneath and saw someone’s underwear left from the last guests who stayed at the room. Was a little grossed out at that occurrence

This was a terrible room- our tv didn’t work and we called the office and they had us change the input. Not the first time they helped troubleshoot that issue. All the usb charging outlets were pushed in. The king room was very small, couldn’t walk around one side of the bed. Bathroom had evidence of water damage. It wasn’t a great stay.

The bed, comfortable; shower, easy to use & lots of hot water; cleanliness, well tended; room amenities, pleasant not too much smell; typical hotel self-serve breakfast, well displayed and tended. I'll stay again.

A clean and convenient hotel to stay. Parking is great and airport shuttle service was easy and convenient!

Bed bugs on my bed and pillows. Found this at 4am, had to checkout immediately to another hotel.

It's a clean room and convenient to the airport. Needs a bit of renovation. It's a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep since it's a bit noisy, especially early in the morning.

Staff was very helpful and location is near airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Complementary breakfast was substantial with hot and cold options. Pool did not seem clean.

Shuttle service from and to airport. Clean property. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Small refrigerator, microwave, nice closet, hair dryer. Good shower. AND free breakfast from 7 to 9 am! Some restaurants near by. I will book again!

Everyone who works at this Sleep Inn was kind and helpful. The rooms are adequate. The beds were really comfortable and in good shape. I would stay here again

While the staff is super nice this property needs massive upgrades. Some of the nails in the bathroom that are in the door frame are rusted, shower slants bad, doors on the outside are poorly installed and if pulled too hard could fall out of frame. Parking is not secure and given the high crime area that is Albuquerque it should be fenced in. The pool and hot tub are less than desirable. Rooms were not as big as photos made them seem. TV would not turn off and remained on for the full 3 days we were there.

First room had two broken, inoperable things, safe and tv. Next room those items worked but the toilet ran and the deadbolt would not set into the frame. Spoke to front desk but nothing taken care of during our three days. The other two door locks functioned. The breakfast was great: buscuits and gravey, eggs, sausage, waffles, coffees, juices, cereal and more. Clean eating area, food was good. Easy access to airport and i25.

Refrigerator not empties from previous guests. Stained duvet cover. Sticky floor. Cold room.
