We enjoyed our stay and our room was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was really kind and friendly. They didn't deny our stay bc we were from NM, like some have said on their reviews. We will stay there again if we are up this way in the future.

We had to move from the original room they gave us because the room Smelled like mildew it has a bad Odor. Then we got to other room and the carpet in hallway were horrible and had stains. The staff we're very unprofessional and rude.

Let’s be clear what this is. Lower priced tourist hotel. Room was not ideal; stains on furniture and carpet. Bathroom dated and just average. TV in the bedroom area didn’t work and internet didn’t either. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was substandard ~ coffee lukewarm. Good yogurt. In all, a bit expensive for the experience.

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Nice and quiet. But, the phone didn’t work in our room. Television reception was terrible, it kept saying No Signal. Otherwise not too bad for a one night stay.

The stay was average but the free breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. I will not be going back.

Overall l, a very clean place to stay. Room ipstairs a bit noisy due to large dogs staying there. Pool is amazing. Breakfast ok, but consistently out of basics, staff shortage maybe. I will stay there again.

Lots of dents and dings on walls, looks like some repairs were just painted over. We asked for towels twice and never got any. Free breakfast was completely gone by 9:30, it wasn’t refilled. What little food was left was burned in the warmer. We asked for it to be refilled and waited but eventually left. Personally would not stay here again.

Although the rooms look recently updated. There was like a paint oder in 303. faint but noticeable. The only other thing would be to have all the outlets changed to support USB charging ports. Otherwise, is was a good stay.

There were stains on the carpet and it's fairly dated. The customer service from those at the front counter was poor.

Due to last minute reservations the charge was way too high, but i traveled from out of state. I was grateful i didn't have to drive home. The hotel staff were great and room was perfect.

The property was OK. The carpet was stained and the entire hotel didn't smell great. The shower faucet had a slow drip. Breakfast got a C - nothing wrong with it. The hotel is easy to get to, and many places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Overall, OK.

The staff at this hotel were great. Very helpful and personable. The minor problems we experienced were addressed quickly. The breakfast choices were varied and really good. We look forward to staying here again.
