Checked in and the front desk told me the room wasnt paid for and insisted i had to pay. I paid the 145 and got my room key. Opened the door and saw it was a double queen beds when i paid for a king. Went back downstairs and the front desk claimed they were about to call me and say he gave us the wrong reservation. He gave us an "upgrade" but it was for a room i paid for in the first place. Nice place and clean. Breakfast was limited. No lactose free options for cereal and no cold drinks. Only coffee and tea.

On the positive side, my husband was happy because the pool was inside and warm. Although for some reason it didn’t open until 9 am, and that’s late morning for us.
The beds at my last two Hampton Inn stays have been less than average. Both were hard, uncomfortable, and the pillows are terrible. I started staying at Hampton’s because you could rely on extremely comfortable beds. These last stays have me questioning whether I’ll look around for another place to stay, since having an uncomfortable night in a bed is not a positive thing.
Other than that one thing, the hotels are almost always clean, good staff, etc.

Loved everything about it! Took shuttle to airport and it was a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable after much traveling in 2 weeks. A welcome stay.

Price gouged due to Balloon Fest, elevators were 100+ degrees inside and weirdly smelled like peanut shells.

The area was in a safe neighborhood right by the airport. There was nothing to criticize, the property was clean and for the money the room was fine.
