The highlight of my stay undoubtedly was the stunning panoramic view of Taal Lake from the room. Waking up to the sight of the picturesque landscape was an absolute delight, creating a serene atmosphere that complemented the elegant and cozy room setting.

I had the pleasure of staying at the estancia Hotel recently and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding experience it provided. The friendly staff greeted me with genuine smiles and ensured a smooth check-in process, instantly making me feel welcome. My room was tastefully decorated with a harmonious balance of modern aesthetics and homey comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and premium toiletries, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes made from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. I especially enjoyed the diverse and sumptuous breakfast buffet that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. The place is amazing. The staffs are kind and approachable. The room is so big.. We will definitely go back.. The kids enjoyed the pool though it is cold.. My family loves the place so much.. The breakfast is also good.. The place is Instagrammable

If you want to go somewhere quite and just chill this is the place to be. It has a stunning view of Tagaytay. The only down side is their pool has no heater so it would be freezing as expected lol. Their in house Spa inside the hotel is a super plus, super relaxing and not iver priced. I also love the food at their restaurant, I ordered a lot lol. Complimentary breakfast is standard. Parking lot is spacious when we came in. Area is accessible to nearby Tagaytay spots. I will definitely comeback if I am in the area.

It would be my 1st review and 1st booking with Trip.com, and I am pleased it was such a memorable stay at Anya Resort. The resort was so relaxing, and I loved the amenities, especially the swimming pool; it was a heated pool even if you swim at night. Also, all the staff is very accommodating wherever you go if day sees you they don't hesitate to greet you. It was a pleasure that they gave us an exclusive breakfast buffet in Anya Elite Club Lounge even though we are not an Elite member in the club lounge. My fiance and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Anya Resort is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We're planning to come back again soon. Before I end this review, thanks again for all the complementaries you've given us. Good facade. A little cramped with 2beds inside. Location is a bit of a drive from the main highway. Breakfast is plated as well. They have good bed and pillows. Will consider again if attending another wedding in Ta***tay. Plus points of having their own chapel. I was thinking the place can hold an intimate wedding ceremony.

My family (wife and 3 kids) recently had the pleasure of spending a relaxing one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the serene ambiance to the attentive staff, there were several aspects that left a positive impression on us. Our room, a Executive Suite 3 Bedroom, was comfortable and well-appointed. The view from our balcony was not that breathtaking but there was a glimpse of nature and the city bound by one look. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. The staff at Hotel Casiana deserves special mention. From the front desk personnel to the restaurant servers, everyone was courteous, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They were always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests, and their warm hospitality contributed significantly to our positive experience. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, offering a range of local and international dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which featured a variety of options to suit different palates. The only downside was that the dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours, but this didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the meals. While we had a wonderful stay, there were a few areas where Hotel Casiana could potentially improve. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak, which could be frustrating for guests who need a stable internet connection. The cable channels mostly have no-signal as well. Additionally, some areas of the hotel seemed to require a little more sound proofing to lessen the sounds of the highway of cars and motorcycles zooming along as we slept. In conclusion, our one-night stay at Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay was a memorable experience. The combination of the breathtaking view, comfortable accommodations, and attentive staff made it a worthwhile getaway. With a few updates to the sound proofing and signal interruptions, the hotel could easily reach five-star status. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the tranquil escape this establishment provided. We would certainly consider returning for another visit in the future.

This is a very nice hotel with very courteous, friendly, and professional staff. We ate at the hotel several times. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. The breakfast is buffet on weekends and Filipino/American selection on weekdays. We left a few days early because it was rainy (not the hotel's problem, obviously) though we did go on a driving tour and a boat trip around the lake, which was a little expensive but enjoyable.

We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding a few minutes away. Hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. The welcome is warm, though the individual standing guard at the gate could be a little more friendly. The hotel property is spacious and has a great view of the Taal lake, with the obligatory IG fixture on their lawn. It's obvious that the staff has experience in taking photographs of people and the scenery. Parking is ample, but not shaded. So the sun does beat down on vehicles. Best to keep the windows slightly open to let out the hot cabin air out. The hotel room is well equipped. Clean and functional. Room is well appointed. The pushbutton curtain is a welcome detail. Half finished renovations have marred the view from the balcony, but if doesn't totally ruin the overall experience. Noise suppression is a problem, as you can hear echoes from the lobby quite easily. The card receptacle was either disconnected or not working, as it did not shut off the electronics when the card is removed. TV viewing is juggling with two separate remotes instead of a universal one. No compendium in the room. Bathroom is clean and equipped with amenities. The Bathtub drain mechanism though needs to be attended to. Hot water is not as much as desired, but it does serve its purpose. WIFI in the room and around the hotel are not the greatest, for casual surfing and social media postings it's ok. Breakfast was ok, with the usual fair you find at other hotel properties. Pancakes could be better. The offerings didn't feature much local specialties. It would be good if the coffee is what Batangas was famous for. Sugar substitutes also would be nice. Waitstaff seems to not have a common theme in terms of uniform. At least they were prompt and present went needed, not dragging their feet when working. Unused furniture cluttered the corners of the dining space, making the audio equipment near the open gangway painfully out of place. The pool is beautiful. Not temperature controlled, but placed well enough to be under the sun most of the time. Not much space to go sunbathing. Clean towels are provided. Even though it's not a deep pool to begin with, there is a 'lifeguard' on duty. he could be a little more cheerful and approachable. Bathers though are in full view of the dining guests. So expect to be observed by the people inside in case you have a shapely figure. Safety signs are not that obvious. The Rules and Regulations poster could do with an update. It would be nice if the room had a compilation of literature that would recommend places to go to, places to eat nearby. A local map even. The hotel needs to clean up in terms of polish.
