I would like to inform you that the photos displayed on the website do not reflect the reality. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was surprised by the significant difference. I immediately informed the receptionist and asked her to cancel my reservation. She informed me that cancellations are made through Tripadvisor. I checked out of the hotel and traveled, then submitted a cancellation request through the website. However, I was surprised that the request was rejected and the full amount of the reservation was deducted for six days. At the very least, the first night's stay should have been deducted and the remaining amount refunded. In fact, I believe the full amount should have been refunded due to the rooms displayed not reflecting the reality. However, no refund was given, and they refused to cancel the reservation completely from the website despite the employee's instructions to do so. We hope you will kindly review the matter and take the necessary steps to refund the amount due. Please accept my highest respect and appreciation.
