Upon arrival, the bed wasn't made, the fitted sheet was stained, and the room door was damaged. We only had one bathrobe for two people, and the furniture was of very average quality."

"The staff was AMAZING, they are the reason that our stay here was so wonderful, From Amina at the front desk to the young men at the bar (billie, & I believe Ellei, sorry if I got those names wrong). the cleaning ladies were beyond great at their job and kept our rooms spotless. The restaurant staff made us feel welcomed everyday with a smile on their faces Finally the maintenance man was so helpful getting the TV and AC to work. All in all the staff there made this a 5 star hotel in my mind. Location was no so walkable but but safe and friendly neighors "
