Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. I asked to clean the room in the morning and bring cutlery. They said cleaning will be done by 18:00. By 16:00 they still hadn't cleaned and didn't bring cutlery.

Nice hotel, clean room, excellent service, friendly staff. All liked it. From the airport it takes about 40 minutes with traffic jams, at night about 15 minutes.

Can I say this is the best hotel I stayed in Kazakhstan? There are almost no traffic lights on the entire road from the airport to the hotel. Although it is a bit far from the airport. But arriving soon. And the price is very good. Really highly recommended. The room is comfortable, clean and large, and the service is good. The front desk can speak fluent English. Perfect communication. Because it was very late when I arrived. The hotel called a car to pick me up. I had to catch a very early flight the next day. Without any special instructions from the front desk, the hotel called me to remind me that I was going to the airport. And help hail a taxi. Taking a taxi to the airport costs more than 1,700 tenge, which is very cheap.

It was our first visit in Kazakhstan. We stayed one week at Garden Park Inn Hotel. Very good and comfortable hotel. About 15 min walk to Baikonur Metro station. Opposite the park. Large, comfortable rooms. Tea/coffee facilities - electric kettle in the room. Serviced every day. Very large selection for breakfast. Halal foods if anyone want. Generally very tasty breakfast. Hotel offers transfer from the Almaty Airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. There were some misunderstandings at the reception, due to language barrier - not every receptionist speaks fluent English - but it was ok. Very friendly staff at the bar - Kazakh brandy was perfect. During our next planned visit to Kazakhstan we definitely will stay at this Hotel.

Nice clean room, very polite and friendly staff. Still there is something to be improved: card has stopped functioning once (could not open the door) and twice didn't turn on the electricity (it starts when you insert the card inside the cardholder in your room). Also there were some troubles to print out the invoice correctly and find the payment for prolongation of our stay. Good location, 10 minutes walking to the underground. Good breakfast served: fresh fruits and wide range of desserts.

Spacious and clean room Good and tasty breakfast Polite and caring staff I recommend that the administration replace the towels, considering their repeated use. And also for winter, cold water in the pool Everything else is just great
