The architecture is a complete disaster... the beds are uncomfortable... the heating doesn't work, for example. We changed rooms and moved to one with a hand-held shower, and we even had to get a heater. I absolutely do not recommend this place. There are no amenities whatsoever, it's pathetic. My wife had to put a bag over her head when showering – couldn't they at least provide a shower cap or some cotton swabs?

Rooms looked exactly like in the pictures. However next time we would book a room with a window. The location was excellent, easy access to public transport. Loved that coffee and tea was included.

Nice location, 10 mins from Airport by train, 20 mins to center by subway. There is a food-bar (free) for guests.

Location was fantastic as it was right outside Amsterdam Zuid station. Room is big however not furnished with many stuff. Also walls were not soundproof. There was an all day lounge which was great.

Used to come to this hotel regularly. It turned into a discuscting place that isn't properly cleaned and the employees are vaccinated against working and being professional. The furniture is rather old and worn out. The air circulation doesn't work so expect to have a headache due to lack of oxygen (seriously). Better to go to CitizenM which is 2-3 min walk away.

Wonderful location and room is very cozy. A hotel that meets the bare minimum for a night of rest. Appreciate the hot water kiosk at the reception during the rainy days season

The hotel was close to the metro station and was quite convenient. The staff were nice, accommodating, and the lobby offered complimentary coffee and apples. The only downside was that our room did not have a mini fridge, so we couldn’t store any food we bought during the day.
