酒店的位置很好就在城區內，很方便出去遊玩。停車也方便，門口都是停車位。前台小姐姐接待很熱情，房間不但升級還送了2份早餐券。早餐不是很好但能吃飽。

來安吉看白茶體驗採茶生活，安吉小鎮乾淨整潔，茶園空氣清新，晚上入住橡果酒店，服務人員熱情，房間安靜。周邊吃的挺多。

進去先是一手房間住滿了給你升房了，晚上洗完頭沒找到吹風機，所有櫃子都翻遍了，想打電話給前台，發現房間裏面電話都沒有，自己大半夜跑樓下去問吹風機在哪裡？前台服務員態度極差，問我男的要吹什麼頭？我dnmd**不吹頭濕着睡下去？第二天頭暈你賠我錢？還説我那個裡麪肯定有吹風機讓我再找找，那我找不到我再下來跑一趟嗎？煩了半天，然後又叫了兩個人跟我上去看，發現在一個黑袋子裏面，兩個前台回去路上還刀逼刀一路，那請問如果我的房間有電話這種事情就不會發生了呢？我真的謝謝這種賣家直接拉低我對安吉的印象。

看到第1個點評説酒店早餐還不錯，就定了這家，來了以後酒店沒有早餐，空調還特別差，前台客服説從進屋半個小時就可以熱起來，但是開了一晚上空調，屋裡還是十三四度，中間客服上去解決過一次，結果空調還是不熱，因為要準備第二天彙報文件，所以也懶得折騰了，總之凍死我了。

酒店在縣中心十字路口，免費停車位靠搶，晚到了就沒了，入住需要繳納按金100（好久沒住過需要交按金的酒店了），打碎了個玻璃杯收費15元，酒店衞生間淋浴室密封太差，洗個澡水都濺出來了，差點滑倒！設施老化，床頭竟然沒有三相插頭，衹有個兩相插座。
