I booked a double room, but there was only one bath towel in the room. I don't know if the cleaning lady forgot to put it in. The water temperature was also unstable, sometimes cold and sometimes hot."

I plan to bring my child back next year when the weather is better. The Chinese food at the hotel was also delicious, though the rice was quite ordinary. I'd suggest the hotel offers a shuttle service to the scenic area; even if it's paid, it would be convenient for guests. It's a fantastic place for family trips with kids!"

The only downside was the hotel's partnered photography service; some staff members were quite rude, acting as if we owed them something. However, the photographer themselves was quite good. I'd suggest the hotel re-evaluate their photography partners, so they don't become a drawback for Banyan Tree."
