We love the hotel and it environment, really beautiful and peaceful! 涨停 of the front desk was really friendly and helpful with us, helping us with our needs and making our stay even more pleasure. Chinese food at restaurant was ok. Room and view were really nice. Lot of things to do near by like parks, bamboo trekkings. We only miss a western food option at the restaurant since was only Chinese food, but was ok. Definitely we will come back!

The room was very clean, I forgot to take pictures. There were afternoon tea and snacks, which the children loved. The attitude of the boss was quite good, no worse than a five-star hotel. There was also a swimming pool on the basement floor, which the children loved. They didn't have to be exposed to the sun at night. It was only a five-minute walk to the Panda Park and Yunshang Grassland, which was very convenient and satisfactory. There was also a stream next to it where you could play in the water and catch fish, which was very fun.

The hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful.
That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

This homestay is located on the mountain, very secluded, with a very good environment, suitable for couples and family vacations. The service attitude of the staff is also very nice, and the overall decoration style is more ins. The sanitary conditions are good and very clean, and we were not disappointed.
We chose their restaurant for dinner that night, and the dishes were not bad.
It is a restaurant where you can go with your eyes closed!

Kaiyuan Jialebi's housekeeper Xiao Kun started communicating about the itinerary the night before we set off, including how to get there, what to do and eat nearby, etc. The arrangements after check-in were also great👍🏻 The other staff were also very friendly, which is why I always stay at the ”Kaiyuan system”. The hotel also delivers fruits and soft drinks every day👍🏻 The children had a lot of fun, and the family lived very comfortably❤️ The children were too young to go to the hot springs this time, and I will definitely experience it next time I have the opportunity. The hotel's Chinese restaurant tastes very good, with a la carte at noon and a buffet at night (be sure to order the steak! It's delicious)

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Very nice hotel, very new and clean, good location, basically on the top of the mountain, I saw a beautiful sunset.
The hotel has many facilities, including coffee, mahjong, table games, singing, swimming pools, fishing and hot springs, so you can stay there for several days.
The key is that the hotel is very attentive. Although the room layout is simple, it has put a lot of thought into the things that guests can use. For example, the toothbrush and toothpaste are of good quality, there is a 3m direct drinking water machine, and the slippers are thick-soled, which is much better than that of a five-star hotel. Laundry detergent is prepared. , they basically send desserts and fruits every day, and also prepared souvenirs when leaving. They are really attentive. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Although we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

After being busy for half a week, the pressure seems to be on my heart. At this time, I feel that I should stop and calm down, and the first thought that comes to my mind is: integrate with nature!
Then I found this camp and checked in with my bag! I drove in the afternoon and drove here from Shanghai. Before arriving at the camp, the scenery on the road has slowly made my heart a little relieved.
After arriving at the camp, the boss lady took me around the camp. The camp is large and has many facilities, which is very suitable for decompression. Since it is a weekday, the enthusiastic boss lady also raised my tent! [grin]
At night, the camp lit a bonfire. Looking at the jumping flames, people can't help but fall into a state of tranquility. Looking up, you can also see the stars in the sky.
At night, I slept soundly and quietly!
When I woke up the next morning, the enthusiastic boss lady had already prepared tomato and egg noodles for us. The noodles are absolutely great! Because I ate two servings [grin]
I took a walk on the hill in the morning and read a book in the camp after returning. It felt great!
You who live in a busy city deserve it!

We grabbed the tail end of summer vacation and picked a weekday to bring our kids for vacation. Our family booked 2 different rooms, Half Mountain Hot Spring and Cliff Residence. In fact, they are the difference between the bottom of the mountain and the top of the mountain. The rooms are very large and clean. The minibar in the room is free, with potato chips, cola, Wang Laoji and beer. The set meal comes with a mountaintop coffee voucher, which is very affordable. 2 coupons are 60 yuan. We ordered French fries, popcorn chicken, coffee, etc. In the end, we only had to pay more than 40 yuan. Moreover, the French fries and popcorn chicken are freshly fried, extremely delicious, and the portion is also very large. There are also performances by Filipino singers in the cafe, which is quite cozy. The whole resort is really good, with good scenery and good service. There are shuttle buses to go everywhere, and they are available 24 hours a day, on call. Every clerk greets you warmly and politely when they see you. The hotel has a children's playground, KTV, playing cards, billiards, game consoles, and many entertainment activities. You won't be bored at all. You can also go to the open-air hot spring to bathe in the evening. In summer, you can swim in the mountaintop swimming pool. It is really conscientious. Buying a swimming cap is only 20 yuan, and you don't have to go out for a 2-day vacation. I had a great time at the hotel. I really liked it and will come again next time.

The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily.
The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful.
The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

Facilities 🛏️: The room has a full set of TOTO washbasins and toilets. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. I didn't want to sleep at all during my stay. There are game machines 🎮 Mahjong 🀄️ Sing it 🎤 Find the butler to play NS for a while
Hygiene🐳: The hygiene of the room is excellent in the mountains, and the Japanese style is very clean and comfortable. The floor of the hall is clean and shiny, and there are fallen leaves in the yard🍂 is also normal
Restaurant 🍴: The dishes of the homestay are cooked by the aunt. The local taste is light and the local fresh ingredients are used. If one person has a dish and a soup, 70-80 per person is very appetizing.
Environment🍃: The homestay is located on the top of the mountain. The room looks like a bamboo mountain. When the wind blows, the bamboo branches are very enjoyable. It is worthwhile to just sit on the terrace and feel the slow passage of time.
It is said that the sunrise and sunset on the mountain is a must, as a sunrise lover must see! God is beautiful, really, really, really unique
Service: In particular, I want to emphasize the service of his family. The little brother is online throughout the whole process and can answer my small requests in many nights. The dog is also very well behaved, and even takes me up the mountain to hold the other dogs in the village stable throughout the whole process, which is incredible.

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, green everywhere. The room with its own swimming pool is very private. The family of three had a lot of fun. The service is also very good. I will come again if I have the chance. I just want to make a small suggestion. The swimming pool can be equipped with lights, otherwise it will be impossible to go into the water after dark.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

SScarletTheWandererWhat a wonderful spot! We were so surprised by this quiet hotel that had the most GORGEOUS views overlooking the mountains and bamboo forest. The manager of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and was super friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, a little dark but cool and the bathroom had no door (very normal in China). The balcony was just perfect and there was a nice short walk through the woods if you turn left from the lobby that loops up to the entrance of the Anji Jiangnan Tianchi Reservoir and has glorious mountain valley views. You go to their sister hotel (20 meters next door) for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. They also serve delicious dinner - we especially loved both the eggplant and bamboo dishes and all the staff were so friendly! It’s also where the pool was – but the water was a little low when we were there as it’s mountain fed and it was a little worn. We dipped our feet in instead of going for a full swim. The road is full of zigzags to get to the top of the mountain, but it has incredible views along the way and is new and smooth. Would recommend this nice hotel with a very friendly manager.

NNIWe spend very good holidays at Little Forest Guest House. The guest house is very cozy, charming and clean. The service is good, the Western and Chinese breakfast, perfect for foreign guest. The Owner speaks English, he gave us advises what to visit and to do around in Anji ( Hiking , Waterfall, rafting etc). It is also pet friendly, you can take your dog :) Thank you a lot, we would like to come back one day!

Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean!
Environment: There is a large bamboo forest outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. If you are lucky, there will be sunset in the evening. You can stay outside all night. It is also very cool in summer evenings.
Service: There are tram charging piles. There are few parking spaces outside the hotel and it is difficult to park. The store will help reverse the car and give gifts when leaving. Overall, it is very good. I will come again next time I go on vacation!
