離市中心較為偏遠，離街道辦比較近，交通還算便利；硬件設施很不錯，裝修效果也挺好的；前台服務態度也很好；唯一不滿意的、特別介意的是衞生搞得不行，感覺滿屋很多灰塵長年都未仔細打掃，桌面、牀頭櫃、電視機周圍、遙控器、電話機、牆角四周包括地面等很多地方全都是厚厚的灰塵，床上用品雖然換的新的，但是灰塵、毛髮等細小渣子還不少。

廁所地漏不行，洗個澡水都要漫出去了，窗户推開的時候不好推，會卡，一定要小心，還有電視遙控器都沒用，裝修還不錯，有免費停車場
