The breakfast was very varied and very good value for the price. However, it was disappointing to see that the previous guest's used towels were still in the closet.

No hot water, notified the staff at the desk claim to have reset the button only to have hot water for 34 seconds. Key cards kept deactivating such a waste of money staying there.

No customer service at all when I checked out the 29th of feb at 7:30 … unfriendly at all.

Broken furniture, no tv control and room very cold. Per the front desk the room had not been in use and it would take time to warm up.The bed comforter and extremely hot water to shower. Breakfast had one broken waffle make as well as the toaster.
