Hotel is beautiful and very new. Amenities are incredible. Some of the staff is a bit inexperienced.
Breakfast was good but dinner was absolutely amazing!!

到昆明後毫不猶豫選擇了這家度假酒店，不愧是朋友推薦的那樣，昆明天花板度假酒店。從火車站過來不是很遠，酒店在一個景區中，酒店所有房間都面朝湖面，這真的很讓我感到驚喜。入住後，最大的喜歡的地方是這裏的靜，遠離城市，貼近自然的靜，湖風像交響樂，鳥鳴山更幽。彷彿住進了宮崎駿的世界中。酒店房間是暖色系的，衞生做得一塵不染，每一位員工都很熱情，路過都會微笑，並詢問我是否需要協助，詮釋了酒店的熱情好客。設施設備也很棒，泳池分為小童池及成人池，水質滿分，還有泡池和SPA。單獨的小童泳池對我這樣的親子旅行也特別友好，晚上突然想叫客房服務，管家也很及時的提供了幫助。
下次有機會到昆明，我一定還會選擇這裏，並多待幾天，享受“小隱於野”。額外，整個酒店的文化氛圍，與設計風格也是我很中意的，看得出來整個酒店十分用心，不論是設施還是服務上。最後感謝整個酒店的服務團隊，讓我度過了如此美好的假期。

前台態度好差，穿西裝的女的非常冷漠，問一句答一句，帶的房型升級也不給我們升，説節假日房間緊張，緊張那幹嘛訂的時候説有升級，帶小孩也沒給小孩的洗漱用品。晚上的自助餐衹有刺身和水果能吃，熱菜和甜品拿都沒人拿，剩下很多，足以説明口味有問題，不值200多一個人。餐廳服務和泳池服務態度是非常好的。房間和環境也是可以的，適合小寶寶，大一點的孩子可能覺得無聊了。草坪上的燒烤油煙好重，非常破壞環境。

房間這次選擇了最基礎的雙床房，面積很大很寬敞，一家四口（小朋友倆個五歲）一點也沒覺得擠，酒店有專門的小童泳池，水温很合適小朋友玩耍，並且在室內省去了防曬的煩惱，泳池旁就有倆個遊樂區，分別適合不同年齡段的小朋友，因為我們在五一的後倆天過去酒店，人還是相較與平常會多一些，辦理入住時未能按時然後我們入住，服務相對跟不上，但是酒店負責人很貼心的上門致歉讓我們覺得原本有一絲不快的心情也隨即消失，希望後續能夠加強一下，讓顧客體驗感更好！

酒店整體住宿感不錯，服務人員也很貼心，酒店周邊還有配套的公園，酒店還有恆温的小童泳池，孩子們玩的都不想走了。入住期間酒店的自助餐食材也很新鮮。房間可以看到整個湖景，風景非常優美。有機會一定再來，謝謝酒店大使Sam的熱情接待。

房間很不錯，管家徐艾琳服務很貼心，指導旅行路線，安排遊覽車。在酒店遇到的服務人員都很棒，等電梯時間久了，路過的保潔阿姨都會打招呼。五一節假日躲避人流高峯的好去處，草坪很棒，森林徒步也很不錯。
