The staff, although they don't speak English, use an online translator and try to help with everything. They're very friendly and polite. Cleaning is done daily; you don't even notice when they're done. The hot springs, available from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., help you recover after tournament matches. I'd happily come back."
