The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Mark Mall and 15 mintues to old town. The furniture is new and nicely designed, very modern. Not a 5 stars service, the staff that supposed to help carry your luggage arent present all times. The room cards dont work every time you leave the hotel and you have to charge it at reception. The cleaning lady didnt clean the room properly, dont provide complimentary accomdation properly something is missing every day, sometimes a towel, sometimes soap, One toilet paper for 3 adults a day is not enough, lol we bought from the supermarket!!!! The room floor is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned properly. The complimentary kits are provided for two not 3, we have the deluxe room, extra charged and still get everything for two people not 3, we have complained about this since day 1 and each day since we arrived nothing changes! Breakfast ends at 10:30, is very nice, the hotel receptionists are polite and helpful especially Ceren and Kerem. The hotel itself is great, I would love to stay here again but the cleaning issue is a big thing for me the level of cleansing has to be upgraded, they tide the bed but forget to clean the floor!!!!!!! Insane.

Despite all the negative comments we have seen on the internet, we preferred the hotel. It is a place we will definitely prefer when we come back with the current and riddle workers. Stayed for 4 nights. There were four hotels in Turkey (in different cities) this fall, this guesthouse is definitely the best 👍🏼 Clean, spacious room, furniture in good condition. Perhaps recently repaired, rooms look fresh) Beautiful courtyard and beautiful view from the window :) To the beach and the old city reached by bus or tram.
