We stayed with my wife for five days.the rooms were new and clean... breakfast was beautiful and varied. thanks to it being close to everywhere, we found the possibility to visit all the places to be visited... also considering the price, I think it was too successful for that price.. Personnel are very laughing and helpful... We met their owners in our second day, very naive and kind people... I think you will meet your expectations more if you want a clean and economic holiday for a tour.

Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.

The hotel was comfortable, central and clean. We were attended to very quickly and well upon arrival at the hotel, despite our late check-in. The hotel is well insulated from noise. The day we arrived it was the final of the champions league and from the room you couldn't hear the street parties. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The most remarkable thing is the comfort of the bed! The bathroom is spacious and with all the amenities replaced every day. highly recommended

we stayed in Konak hotel, it has excellent location it’s in the heart of Kaleiçi with walking distance to everywhere, staff are friendly and rooms are good. one bad disadvantage about the staff they can mislead you for advice, they advised me to go to pamukkale on our own to save money, than we ended up paying twice than with organised tour. Breakfast was good, all home made fresh turkish food. not all rooms are good, we first had small room, than we requested another big one, this was good but all toilets are so small. overall, it’s a good place for low budget holiday.

Super, nettes und flexibles Personal, sprechen gutes Englisch, sind sehr entspannt, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Um die Ecke sofort einen Zugang im wunderschönes Wasser. Super gut zum Schwimmen sogar noch im November 24° an der Stelle. Liegt direkt hinter dem Luxushotel Perge, welchen Beach Mann mit benutzen kann Für 500 Lire. Ruhig und sicher, liegt direkt am Park neben der Altstadt. Auch für Mädchen sicher, auch nachts.

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

Very good hotel! The boss service is very good! There are beautiful receptionists! The boss borrowed my phone for free for about half an hour and comforted me! The breakfast is super rich! Will stay next time! ! !

Хороший уютный отель в центре города недалеко от ворот Адриана. Очень приветливый персонал, при заезде все рассказали и показали. Завтраки могут приносить к назначенному времени прямо в номер, без дополнительных плат. В номере убираются каждый день, также есть все необходимое. Хороший бонус от отеля это вода питьевая, чай и кофе (в номере стоит кофемашина). При выборе номера, обязательно обращайте внимание на номер с окном или без, у нас было без цена дешевле и это не портило нахождение в нем. WiFi хорошо работает.
