現在旺季300內元能夠住，都是超值的，我125元訂到。住了才發覺位置不錯，比百貨大樓那一段好，出來一條街都是食店，去公園不遠。

民宿位置離遊客中心僅五公里，交通方便。
民宿裝修很好，有地炕，體驗非常不錯。
民宿周邊有很多餐飲店，飲食方便，有延吉冷麪，非常好吃。
老闆比較熱情，感受到了延吉人民的熱情。

國慶期間住了兩晚，民宿很安靜，也比較乾淨，第一次睡這種炕。老闆晚上還特意給我們送了月餅和水果，位置離美人松公園很近，附近也有好幾家好吃的店

房間內就普普通通吧，地板上放個墊子，再來床被子，再就沒啥了，有空調，一點都不冷。隔音效果還不錯，沒有聽到隔壁的聲音。老闆娘還挺熱情地，會提供很多服務，都是為了賺錢，不過也總比賺你的錢還態度不好的強

民宿空間大，乾淨整潔，炕很熱乎，穿薄睡衣不會很冷。洗髮水沐浴露都有，水温很夠用起來不難受。離鎮中心有點兒距離但可以接受，對面的新延烤肉不錯，金府飯店鍋包肉還行其他不太可以，這個季節這個價格非常划算了！
老闆非常熱情，價格我們比對過不坑人，看我們買煙花被坑還讓我們放他買的煙花。也能幫定滑雪温泉漂流這類的，還會盡量幫你找車。我們天池下來電台叫車一個小時叫不到，最後還是老闆開車來接的我們，流淚了，大家一定提前訂車好嗎。
很幸運五天看到了天池！老闆新年快樂！

房間衞生不錯，榻榻米住着舒適。唯一是房間稍窄，也有我們行李多的緣故，總體來説很不錯。
