"We chose the Yunju Hotel for our summer escape to Changbai Mountain, and our overall experience exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, right at the foot of Changbai Mountain, making it cool and comfortable in the summer – a perfect escape from the city heat. The public areas are elegantly designed; the lobby has a strong New Chinese aesthetic, and the tea break area is quiet and pleasant, great for relaxing with a cup of tea while waiting for transport. We received a room upgrade, and the bathroom materials were high-quality. The terrazzo walls looked sophisticated and durable, while the smart toilet and separate shower were clean and tidy. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the cleaning was meticulous with no unpleasant odors. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient. It's also very convenient for getting to all the scenic spots. This is definitely my top choice for a summer stay in Changbai Mountain; the environment is serene, the facilities are solid, and it’s comfortable for both travel and relaxation. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"They offer a pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed train station, which is just a 5-minute drive away. The room was good, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's good value for money. The breakfast selection was average, but enough to fill you up. Plus, there were free frozen pears!"

"Excellent! Blue Horizon has been around since I was a kid, and even after all these years, it still maintains its 5-star standard. It feels like staying in a Nordic forest. The restaurant offers wild mountain vegetables with dipping sauce – the kind only true Changbai Mountain locals would recognize. You absolutely must try it! However, I'd suggest they make the portion sizes smaller; there's too much, and it'd be a shame to waste those delicious wild vegetables. The complimentary activities and attractions are also fantastic and definitely worth visiting!"

"The hotel is very clean, spacious and located quite near to the Changbaishan North Slope Scenic Centre (approx 15 mins slow walk to the centre). The hotel is also surrounded with a lot of restaurants and walking distance to the market street. Fronting the hotel is a big park & 5 mins walk to the reindeer park as well. The hotel also provides free transport to & fro from the train station (just need to advance 1 day booking through the counter when going back). All the hotel staff are very nice & polite and they even make extra effort to contact you 1 to 2 days in advance whether you need transport and they can make arrangements to fetch you from the train station to their hotel. If you need transport to the airport, the hotel staff can assist you to arrange, the cost is approx CNY$250, journey around 1.5 to 2 hrs."

"I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! When I was using AI to plan my trip, it suggested a hot spring hotel with VIP access, and I booked it for convenience. I didn't expect it to be such great value! Don't underestimate the VIP access – you have a better chance of seeing Tianchi Lake in the morning, taking advantage of perfect timing, location, and people, saving both time and effort! The butler contacted me a day in advance, so as a solo traveler, I didn't have to worry at all about hotel arrangements or transfers. Everything, from the Changbai Mountain Tianchi trip to the mountain biking experience, was perfectly organized. The pool was clean, the hot springs had unlimited access, and all the services were thoughtful. There's also a pet park, which both my child and I thoroughly enjoyed. The dining service was excellent too; the breakfast spread was incredibly diverse and gave me plenty of energy before hiking. The Chinese restaurant was also good; the 'iron pot stew' was generous and delicious – simply fantastic!"
