We received a room upgrade, and the bathroom materials were high-quality. The terrazzo walls looked sophisticated and durable, while the smart toilet and separate shower were clean and tidy. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the cleaning was meticulous with no unpleasant odors. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient. It's also very convenient for getting to all the scenic spots. This is definitely my top choice for a summer stay in Changbai Mountain; the environment is serene, the facilities are solid, and it’s comfortable for both travel and relaxation. The location is great: about 500 meters from the transportation hub (around a 10-minute walk), and about 1 kilometer from the Chinese Merganser Park. There are also plenty of local specialty restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food. We drove ourselves and were able to park right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The whole room was equipped with a smart system, but the AI assistant (Xiao Du) was a bit slow to respond. The soundproofing really isn't very good; we could clearly hear the sounds of people closing doors and walking upstairs next door. However, the front desk service was excellent in all aspects."

The guesthouse's environment and facilities are excellent; the bedding and pillows were especially comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. You can even enjoy hot springs right at the guesthouse. Its central location in Enduli makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The self-service breakfast was also incredibly rich – having stayed in many boutique guesthouses, this one had the best breakfast by far! All in all, if you're visiting the north slope of Changbai Mountain, choosing Huansen will definitely not disappoint!"

"1. I specifically booked a 'Panoramic Sunrise' room, but the sun actually rises at about a 45-degree angle to the left of the room. I had to crane my neck out the window to the left to see it. 2. Upon check-in, the refrigerator shelves were full of water; it clearly hadn't been defrosted or cleaned recently. 3. My room reservation included a 'one-on-one butler service,' but I never saw a butler or was contacted by one, even until check-out. 4. The housekeeping during my extended stay was even worse (see attached picture). Given that Ctrip rated this hotel as 'five-star,' I honestly think it barely meets a two-star standard. For such an expensive room rate, it's definitely not worth the price. If I had known this, I wouldn't have stayed here even at 50% off. After repeated mediation with Ctrip customer service, the hotel finally offered a 15% discount, but I still advise everyone not to stay at this hotel. There are plenty of better hotels with good value for money nearby."

"The hotel faces a lovely green area. The front desk proactively upgraded our room because of a loud water leak outside our window, so we're giving them a full five-star rating. It feels like you shouldn't judge this place by 3-star hotel standards; it's more comparable to a guesthouse. Here are a few objective points: 1. **Soundproofing:** It's a bit lacking; you can hear footsteps from the neighboring staircase. 2. **Washing Machine:** Clothes wash quickly, but drying is very slow, and there are no operating instructions. I suggest adding instructions and an estimated drying time. 3. **Breakfast:** It's a very simple Chinese breakfast, without things like bread or jam. They offer boiled eggs, fried eggs, pickles, two types of porridge, soy milk, regular milk, a few stir-fried dishes, sweet potato, pumpkin, steamed rolls, and buns. It costs 20 RMB per person, and children over 1.2 meters also pay 20 RMB. 4. **Lobby:** There's a free coffee machine in the lobby. 5. **Location:** It's relatively close to the Chibei distribution center. It's not particularly close to dining options, but a taxi ride is usually around 6 RMB, which is quite convenient. 6. **Cleanliness:** Generally good. The toilet and sink were clean, and there wasn't any hair on the floor. However, one of the three beds had a short hair on the pillowcase. 7. **Pick-up Service:** They offer a pick-up service from the station. Even though we booked it on the same day, it was successful, and the front desk staff were very friendly. For departures, you need to take a taxi yourself, but it's very easy to find taxis during peak season, so don't worry."

"For all you Koreans looking for accommodation in Erdobaihe, this is the place. To be honest, the facilities aren't state-of-the-art, but the owner's thoughtfulness is so great that even giving it 10 out of 5 stars wouldn't be enough. I am a solo traveler. I booked tickets for both the North and West Slopes in advance from Korea. However, a notice was posted in advance stating that Tianchi Lake would be closed due to weather on the exact days I had booked. I had been communicating with the owner via WeChat since before I left Yanbian for Erdobaihe. Thanks to their advice, I was able to change my schedule and rush over to see Tianchi Lake on the one clear day. Honestly, without the owner, I wouldn't have been able to see the lake given the weather conditions and my schedule. They provided pick-up and drop-off services at the train station. The owner is more than just kind; they are a conscientious and good person. Although the facilities aren't the latest, the accommodation is clean, and the bedding is crisp and comfortable, so I slept soundly. I will definitely stay here again when I return to see the West and South Slopes. To the truly kind owner, I wish you great success!!!"
