Hotel Jamingo

Just regular hotel, we picked it because of location close by concert hall. It’s no refrigerator in the room and it says you’ll have bottles of drinking water but it’s not true, you have to purchase reusable bottles for 2.5€ and only if you do you can refill it

Very close to Antwerp Station, it’s a beautiful station. Room is fine and staff is helpful. There is free parking nearby hotel from 10pm-9am.

We booked 2 nights under un refundable condition, but had to change to 1 night due to family reason. We requested for a change and the hotel accepted via email; however, on the system it said the hotel rejected the change so the cancellation failed. When we got to the hotel and confirmed if the cancellation was accepted; they said the stay was modified to one night by Trip.com (which is not the case in the system) and that Trip.com took the money (did not refund for the other night). We were just trying to understand if the room is still available for 2 nights since we paid for 2 nights. But instead of listening to us, the hotel staff kept yelling at us. It was extremely aggressive and unwelcoming. In addition to this, the elevator is stinky. And the hair dryer did not work. We will not recommend this hotel. Also Trip.com service has been so underwhelming, not responsive at all despite multiple attempts on different channels.
