Personale di sala, bar cedro e camere estremamente cortese e disponibile. Animazione perfetta a meno del Capo Villaggio, poco empatico e dal dubbio senso dell'ironia. Un plauso speciale al Capo animazione, al suo staff e al costumista Erik, che ha mostrato una versatilità incredibile anche in tutti gli altri ruoli rivestiti (cantante, attore, intrattenitore...). Giudizio negativo per il trasferimento nella sala di riserva per la prima colazione degli ultimi 2 giorni (sala soleggiata, niente aria condizionata, guasto un erogatore di caffè su due, no tostapane, ecc.). Fastidiosa onnipresenza della Direttrice di struttura... con risultati opinabili. Ottimo, anche se un pò affollato negli ultimi giorni di permanenza, il servizio offerto dal maneggio interno alla struttura. Nel complesso un'esperienza positiva e da ripetere
