I absolutely loved this gem of a hotel. The owners/staff were so friendly, helpful and made me feel like an old friend. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, daily housekeeping and a beautiful, fresh breakfast. Not to mention the location! You are across the street from a wonderful museum - Musée Reattu (thus, the name) and steps from the Rhône River where you can walk along to get to the train station, or the opposite direction, the Musée de l"Arles et de la Provence Antique. Plus the evening sunsets over the Rhône! The architecture is wonderful. You are a very short walk to the city center, the arena, museums, churches, etc. It is a prime location for everything, yet quiet and peaceful. And did I mention the breakfast? So fresh, beautifully laid out and well appointed. The best part is dining on one of their patios with flowering bushes and architectural beauty. A great start to the day! They do have a nice indoor dining room, if you choose to eat inside or there is inclement weather. Lastly, they have large family rooms, where you could gather if you are traveling with a group. The front living room/lobby is comfortable and then they have an additional, larger one upstairs. I stayed here for 5 nights and could have stayed longer! I was in the upstairs room 8. I do not believe they had a lift/elevator, but I didn't mind the stairs with all the croissants I was eating! I was solo, so the room was perfect. I could have had a companion in this room. I know they have larger rooms to choose from, if you need more space.
