When we arrived at the hotel, I was advised that the room type that I booked was not available. Then I was referred to a property near by. The rooms were dirty and had a weird smell. Luckily the guy at the front desk was nice and gave me back my money. We ended up going to a completely different hotel for our entire stay.

The hotel cancelled my booking and did not give me a call or email. I had just driven 8 hours and needed to shower and make it to an appointment and walked into the hotel and they had cancelled everyone's booking because they overbooked, they claimed. It would have been nice if they would have called and told me that before I got there. Very unprofessional process.

Towels were cheap and hard there were baby roches crawling around they said it was a smoke free place, but a lot of people were smoking could smell it in the hallway

There were rosches in the room. It also smelled like mold. And the tile in the restroom was loose.

The first room i was given had bed bugs, second room had cockroaches. There were roaches on the wall in the hall way. Carpets were dirty, all furniture was old and damaged. TV didnt work and the bathroom door didnt have a door knob. Stay as far away from here as you can.

I make a reservation for 2 double beds room, and when I arrive to the hotel they told me they don’t have the rooms for which I payed for; I don’t understand why they give the room to other guests when already pay for. Later they try to give me a single beds room.. worse service

The whole building was dirty people fighting at night. Also dogs barking doors slamming couldn't sleep at all. I was great full to finally leave
