"Very disappointed....booked this hotel in November of last year for a concert at Globe Field for two rooms. The first floor is the parking lot level which is under the lobby on the floor above it. The first floor that I was on has a guest laundry that adds to the hall smell and damp carpeting. The first room they put me in was #115. Smelled musty, smelled of cigarette smoke, and stale. The hall itself was smelling of dirty laundry and was musty also. There had to have been a lot of complaints because they put carpet, fresh outside and vacuumed it up. I asked to be moved and they said there were no available rooms on higher floors so they moved me to #121. This room still smelled bad, the phone didn't work, and the bathtub had continually running water. It would not turn off. I picked this hotel because they said they had a restaurant. Not really true, they have a bar and lounge, only open from 5pm to 11pm. There is no complimentary breakfast here and of course, you can't get breakfast because the restaurant is not open. They couldn't fix the water problem because it would require turning of water off for the floor. I was forced to hear water running 24/7 when I was in the room during those two days. They would not move me from this floor stating that there were no other rooms available (this is a 6 floor hotel). I am sure this was untrue as it was not even 4 pm and not even busy yet. My friends room #102 had multiple problems also. We actually had to go out and buy air freshener just to make our rooms smell better. This hotel is part of the Wyndham collection, even though it is privately owned, I would assume that Wyndham would check on these hotels with bad ratings such as one. I will never book this hotel or any Wyndham hotel again. Be warned, do not stay at this hotel."

"Room was dirty. There was stuff on the pictures on the wall on the top of the wall in the shower on the bed sheets. It was just really ghetto I will not be staying here again."

"Check in time was 3pm. I arrived at 415 and my room along with the three people ahead of me weren’t ready. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my room which was already prepaid. They said they didn’t have enough people to clean the rooms in time."
