The positive: - Good location, next to a place to rent skii equipment, a coop (supermarket) and the city center) - Restaurant and bar on site - Parking lot nearby To Improve: - Basic room, not what I would expect for this price in Switzerland - Very few fresh fruits in the morning buffet - Even though there was a restaurant on-site, it was small and it was always fully booked (we got one place on our last evening late in the evening)

J'ai acheté un bon cadeau sur un site partenaire il y a quelque temps. Au moment de la réservation, l'hôtel n'accepte pas le bon (qui est toujours valable) sous prétexte de changement de propriétaire. Hors cet aspect aurait du être vu lors du changement de propriétaire. Aucune possibilité d'arrangement avec eux. Ils ignorent complètement les mails et lors de l'échange téléphonique de ce jour on m'a raccroché au nez. Un scandale alors que j'étais prêt à trouver un arrangement quelconque.

L’hôtel est bien situé en bord du lac, Mais également sur la route principale: trafic de poids lourds, livraisons etc dès le matin de bonne heure. Arosa est en pleine période de construction d’immeubles en béton. Chambre ok salle de bain : rideau de douche traîne dans la baignoire, joints plus très hygiéniques. ( à part la jeune employée à la réception) le personnel ne vous salue pas, le petit déjeuner est servi Par un employé qui ne vous regarde même pas ! Dommage, les habitants de Grisons sont en général très cordiaux
