Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

For the amount you pay for the stay the hotel is well beyond the expectations! The rooms are clean, perfect interior, tasty breakfasts. Relatively small rooms, but again for the price they request they are better than most of the hotels and apartments to rent. Nice sitting area downstairs. If you have some time before the flight, but don't want to hang out in the city with the luggage, you can sit here or leave your luggage. Nice and pleasing staff. Generally Hilton Hotels are the best hotels that I have experienced.

Great international 4 star hotel, comes with the bells and whistles and an very economical price, it has exceptional service, I actually came to Nur Sultan to run the marathon and it's was walking distance to the start race at the Expo centre, shops, pubs and restaurants are just up your alley. Stayed here for a week with my family. Hotel itself was nice and in a good location. Booked the family room which was big and nice. Breakfast and room service was good. All staff was pleasent and good. Spoke english well and very helpful. The confusion comes with the amentities. You have to have a pass from the front desk for the pool, gym, and everything. I booked and paid for 4 people. The hotel would only give passes for this for 2 people. Not as advertised. Not a child friendly hotel. Kids can not swim in the pool unless they are 13 years old. The pool, gym, and spa are different than hotel. Not easy to use. Have to get a pass and show passports to just use the gym or pool. For adults the hotel would be fine for just 2 people. For a family you need to look at another hotel. I paid a lot for these rooms and amentites and did not get what was advertised.

This hotel is wonderful, starting with a hospitality receptacle, just list and everything will be clear! In the building a pleasant smell, despite the fact that there are rooms for smoking on every floor. On the second floor there is a fixed computer, where you can work and print documents! Every day in the cost of the room includes - visiting the sauna, it is pleasant after all the truth. And breakfast is worthy - Swedish table + on request for an omlet or egg and freshly cooked coffee ☕️! Everything necessary for a full breakfast - everything is there. Our room was on the 4th floor - large with a massage bath, recreation area and sleep. Cleaning is daily, bedtime every 3 days. And the bathroom equipment with trimmings like : shampoo, gel, razor set, vatty sticks, hat , soap, tooth set was very pleased. Now you rarely find such a combo set in 4**** And Wi-Fi stable speed 👏 Also on the territory of the hotel free parking. There is a refuelling and washing machine! Let's have a family with a small child and we have a very good time! Thank you for your hospitality! I would be happy to return again.
