The furniture was chipped and scratched. The toilet seat didn't align withe toilet. The bathtub caulking had mold. The television would not connect to internet both nights. The noise from the next room was awful. They had 3 or 4 kids and you could hear them until they finally went to sleep at around 2am.

Really excellent breakfast provided. Public areas of hotel beautiful. Everything very clean. Mattress in bedroom very bad. Bedside lamps not bright enough to read by. Very unnerving photo mural of off-kilter trusswork over bed. Wobbly desk chair - missing bottom of one foot. QR code for hotel info came up as an empty template for tv info. Only one bedside table had charging capability. VERY cheap toilet paper!

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful. However, the parking situation is awkward for check-in, and you can really hear noise from surrounding rooms in the bedroom area.

Pros: They offer 2 free cocktails and snacks in the lobby in the evening. Breakfast is included and lots of good options. It's close to things to walk to. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: It's $45 per day to park. The pool was down for half our stay and cloudy when open. The heater/ac was loud and you can hear a lot of street noise. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and they couldn't deliver to our room, had to pick up at the front desk.

The hotel was completely understaffed. The information on the website about the location was not accurate. It said it had a restaurant…no. The food was served at the little bar and very limited. Bar closed at 10pm. Website said it closed at midnight. The advertised in-dining but there was no room service of any kind. We requested pillows and sheets for the pullout bed because there were none one the room…we requested extra towels for the second day we were there and every time we had to go down to the front desk to get said items. People who came to my room were not wearing a uniform of any kind. You couldn’t tell who worked there. It made me very uncomfortable. We stayed for four days, 3 nights and I will never stay again. It was horrible and this is just a brief overview.
