Austin is a small city overall, and the hotel is relatively close to City Hall and UT. The service attitude is good and the facilities are OK, but please note that you need to bring your own toiletries and slippers. The hotel also has bicycles you can borrow for free, just remind the staff to help you adjust the seat height.

The location is excellent and the rooms are modern. The windows were wide and bright, and the reception was great. It's the perfect place to chill out in the middle of the wait while soaking up the music in Austin.
The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel building was stylish and delicious.

Great location, nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Room design is a little wonky and we could have used another chair since there is a kitchenette. Good bakery and restaurant attached.

Dry centrally located. Walkable to many destinations in downtown Austin. Parking valet was convenient for day excursions.

King room smallish. Only tiny table for dining in and had to use desk chair and easy chair to eat together. Convenient having microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast good - need to get in early to get the good pastries.

Christine at the front desk is amazing. Hotel is located in a good spot with many restaurants. Near lots of music venues and activities. Comfortable beds, clean, safe. Breakfast could be better as they cook 1 slice of French toast on days when it’s offered. Took bus 20 from airport to downtown for $1.25 each and back to airport same way. Stops near all downtown hotels.

Really enjoyed the stay. The only issue I had a talk was the tv position could have maybe been a little more centered, but having a kitchenette well made up for any issues. For some reason having a sink in the hotel room made me feel a lot more like I am in a condo or house rather a hotel which I prefer. Nice staff, great area right off Congress and seventh so very central to all of downtown.

This place was nice but further from the nightlife activity than it advertised I was looking to stay where everything was and this said that where it was located and it wasn’t as close as it said.
Also the breakfast wasn’t good I was hoping for a hot breakfast like all the other hotels that include breakfast with price have but this one didn’t so that was a disappointment
Other than the two things listed it was a overall good hotel

breakfast was delicious - homemade pancakes with fruit; enjoyed the bare area - sangria was really good; only had 1 roll of toilet paper - asked for some at the front desk before checking out - had to have housekeeping bring to us - should have 2 rolls in each room no matter what; staff were nice; pay extra for parking which is off-site; very modern
