Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Everything was good,the breakfast was so delicious! I like the bed it was so comfortable and the stuff is so nice they are so helpful especially merigertte she is so helpful and everyone was taking care of us the Internet was good and we enjoyed the full package.

Haile Resort staff have exceptional courtesy and professional diligence. My wife and I were specially greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruit. Our stay was truly delightful. Thank you very much Haile. Venue facilities are also incredibly high quality.

There is no word to describe this amazing resort, simply to put it, wow!!! I have travelled all over the world, I have seen so many hotels and resorts, but this place is majestic. What makes it the greatest is not the location or the beauty of the place, don’t get me wrong the place is great, but I have seen better, It’s the staff took this place all the way to the top in my book. When I left, I felt like I left my own family, they go above and beyond their call of duty to satisfy their guests. They are second to none!! Thank you!!! Keep up the great work!!!

We received amazing customer service which is beyond our expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated with 45 year’s anniversary with amazing TV display and with wine and basketful of fruits. We also enjoyed the dinner with beautiful decor. In the morning we received Happy anniversary cake with song, which make us very happy. We would like to give Haile Resort Hawassa entire team to make us feel extra comfortable.
