I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay one night in Fresno. The hotel is quite bit and facilities are quite new! There is a Costco close by and super convenient for groceries and gasoline.

I checked in late at night and was given a room with a view of the first-floor parking lot. The parking lot was higher up, so it felt like a semi-basement. It didn't really matter since I was only stopping by for a short while, but it was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff was very friendly.

It's very convenient, just off the interchange. The outdoor area not only has a swimming pool but also a heated jacuzzi. I saw many people soaking their feet and chatting there in the evenings – quite nice! However, please note that the hotel only provides ice, not water.

We were given a room on the P4 side near the highway. We asked to change rooms, but the white bearded man at the front desk said there were no rooms. Then we were given a room next to the laundry room on the first floor. We couldn't sleep at all. Ctrip showed that all the rooms were empty. We didn't change even if we increased the price. I drove by and stayed for one night. The price/performance ratio was good. It was an upgraded motel, so parking was free. However, the guy at the front desk seemed to dislike Chinese people. He kept splitting up to serve other Europeans and Americans during the check-in process and gave us a room far from the front desk. The next day, the lady was much more enthusiastic. There were several breakfast sets. You could choose one. The portion was large, but the waiting time was quite long.
