We preferred Aysberg over other resorts as the pictures uploaded were quite mesmerising, but our decision proved wrong. Rooms are worn out. Except for staff in reception, none of the staff speaks English nor you can communicate orders to the kitchen staff as they couldn't speak or understand English. The pool and beach are good. One night we spent without aircon, I asked them to fix but they showed inability and replied that technician will come tomorrow. Staff at reception mostly showed an inability to solve issues which was more a management problem, otherwise, the staff itself was receptive. Compared to room size television screen was very small and had very few channels plus slow wifi. Food at restaurants was good, but the menu was in the local language so difficult to pick up as the staff couldn't speak English. Overall experience was mixed, washrooms were old and water leaking from a plugged tape. Windows towards the road are not soundproof so, at night traffic and sea, wind can disturb your sleep. Not worth the money paid, with this condition I will recommend exploring other options if no option is available then your stay will be without regret.

The Restaurant service was the worst service I have ever seen in my self it is worst than a 1 star hotel.

Отдыхали в этом отеле с 5 по 10 августа 2023 г. Отель на твердую 4. Расположение прекрасное, недалеко от центра Баку, можно на автобусе добрать 20-30 минут или на такси. Все понравилось, чистые номера, уборка каждый день, горничным плюс. На ресепшне ребята отзывчивые, все говорят на русском, всегда готовы помочь, заказать такси, разрешить вопрос, что-то уточнить. Территория отеля ухоженная, не хватает немного зелени, море чистое, за пляжем следят не идеально, но стараются. Завтраки вкусные, разнообразные, готовят повара хорошо. Отдельно спасибо управляющему отеля Вугару. Прекрасно знает свою работу, следит за всем в отеле, любой вопрос поможет решить. Единственный минус, это то, что за дополнительную плату пускают в бассейн и на пляж людей с улицы, и если окна из номера выходят на бассейн, то будет очень шумно, из-за музыки. Да, конечно дороговато, с учетом того, что только завтраки, но не критично. А так очень понравился отель, вернемся еще раз.
